Your pieces are really cute and functional I love layering! Try tights for under your dresses, I like to wear them in the winter with my dresses keeps my legs warm. They make fleece lined lights now too for extra warmth. Have a blessed week ahead : )

It’s interesting that you have a very minimal wardrobe but it isn’t all neutrals, that’s not something you see often 🖤
I do a load of laundry daily, how often are you washing with your smaller wardrobe?

I also do a load daily! We are a family of 6 so daily is a necessity to stay on top of it lol but yes I enjoy variety! Neutrals are great too though :)

I respect your small wardrobe. I do wonder if you would consider leggings. If you had a pair (or two) of leggings, you could wear them as a warmth layer under your nightgown, loungewear, dresses, and even the slightly oversized jeans for warmth in winter, and by themselves as lounge or sleep wear in warmer seasons. Even though I live in a generally wet and rainy winter climate rather than a cold one, my legs get cold. I have both capri-length and long leggings to wear under skirts and dresses--and in our infrequent below freezing temps--pants. I have also found that a midi denim skirt is very versatile year round. It could be worn with any of your tops. It would also easily add a middle layer of formality that's somewhere between your dress(es) and your jeans.

@@lauramayer4896I noticed that what she calls tights in her video are what I call leggings

I have 3 cardigans. I have a minimalist wardrobe, the cardigans are life savers. I live in a cold weather state. I also wear them as robes. Cardigans are so versatile.

10 items is soooooo hardddd i feel like? You’re amazing to do this ❤ my winter closet is 43 items because i only want to do laundry every two weeks

If I lived alone I could easily do laundry every two weeks BUT with a family of 6 I have to do it every day regardless lol So I figure what the heck! :)

I like that dress, too. Even though you say it's not for cold weather, have you tried that beautiful cream color sweater with the braid detail over the dress, perhaps knotted or belted, with brown boots?
I think you did a fantastic job pulling so much style out of such a minimalist wardrobe. It's far more interesting than even most maximal wardrobes. I like your style!

How about wearing the pink sweat shirt over either dress - it would look like a skirt and jumper - you could also add a belt to change the way the jumper looks ?? 😊

I tried to do the 10 item wardrobe but found it very difficult as a working mom. I keep my wardrobe to only pieces I love and wear. I have decluttered clothing pieces that I love but didn't find myself wearing. Give me all the pockets too, haha :) I do find myself looking for dresses that have pockets, it's kind of one of those non negotiables for me.

Just seeing you for the first time. Great video!! We have the same nightgown😮 Mine's pink roses with one pocket. The blue was sold out in my size. My husband was also not enamoured with mine which I wear every night while we're watching britbox/netflix/prime. I wont buy a dress, skirt or pants that doesn't have pockets👍 New subscriber. A lot of my wardrobe is from Old Navy too. I love their leggings and I often buy t-shirts on sale. That’s been my uniform since becoming a mom 28 years ago.😂 I never went back to work so only need a simple wardrobe.
