  • today we reverse sear on the pitts and spitts and the blackstone griddle. We did this cook by eye, checking for tenderness and color etc.

    I like that board you seasoned those steaks on :-) 2 clicks for good measure :-) We have the same Blackstone Griddle :-) Hey Kenneth that steak looked beyond delicious with a perfect pink in the middle, an Extra "BIG" thumbs up :-) ROCK ON!!!!!!!

    Great Vid mate, coming from Aus. Try resting between bringing the steak to temp and the sear. Would like to hear your thoughts.

      @@NorthTexasBBQAddicts I usually bring them up to about 115f indirect on the kettle, then take them off and rest whilst I add some fully lit coals and get them roaring (about 15 mins) then sear the heck out of them. Works a treat for me. Love ya channel mate
