Saitama is actually a great pick for a character with growing strength. Making the hunters other characters like Goku, Naruto, and Luffy would really be fun, too.

I mean... all for one is alright. But the joker has literally killed the entire world. Multiple times over. In certain comics, he even faked his death by cutting his own face off. Then stapled it back on poorly later. Joker kills people he doesn't even know, for no reason at all. One for all kills known targets for specific purposes, and kills civilians as a way to distract heroes or cause them grief.
