Thank you for that excellent review and demonstration. The resulting color was impressively brown and it appears the thick waffle baked all the way to its center, which doesn't consistently happen with small electric appliances and thick baked items. I'm looking to bake a couple in the evening, then refrigerate and reheat in my toaster oven the next morning.
