Oh Gillian, you have outdone yourself. I think this is your most visually beautiful video yet and that is quite a statement. From the beginning with so much emphasis on sunlight dazzling on water continuing with swans gliding through autumnal water lilies. Castle Crom is indeed beautiful and it was delightful to hear the crunch of gravel with the background wind and birdsong. Back home we saw the lovely kitties settling in for the night followed by the rose sunset. I am so relaxed, a lovely nights sleep is guaranteed!

We haven't had a drop of sunshine in London for two weeks now and November continues to be, well, warm ... urgh! A relief to escape the grey drag of the city with your wonderful video! Thanks for taking us back to Crom Castle. So soothing and relaxing. I grew up vacationing for a week every summer at a lake in North Carolina. Although the landscape and population was much different the lure of the water and it's gentle sounds were the same.

I thought the boathouse looked familiar as well as the castle and I realised it was the setting for a tv series based on P G Wodehouse stories about Blandings. The series is on RUclips and stars Jennifer Saunders and Timothy Spall I think. Thanks for the tour.

Aw thank you, so glad you enjoyed it! I'd love to share the process of making my Looking Glasses, but I made a necessary decision years ago to keep that process private as unfortunately they are one of my most plagiarised designs. It's a pity as I've always wanted to give a glimpse into how I make them ❤
