I didn’t like today’s podcast/ep. The only thing I don’t like it’s all those soundtracks behind , it’s very distracting and it kinda ruin the podcast. The last eps doesn’t have it and it was good but today with all those sounds it kind of ruin the whole ep.

I'm just saying I didn't like today's podcast because of the soundtrack behind. All there podcast are 10/10 , I rewatch/listen to them like 10 times already. It's just that maybe this EP is my least fav like 6/10. Probs won't re listen to this EP.
Please take care of your body so you don't have to suffer immense pain in the future! You're still extremely young! Don't smoke to be cool/trendy/badass or a coping method, there's far more healthier ways to be cool and chill!!!
You may think that smoking is cool now but wait until you start working, you will find smoking is too expensive but by then you are already too addicted. Money spent on smoking can be used for many other fun stuff, so you will regret. And that is besides at the cost of health which is not yet apparent - fatigue, muscle loss, premature aging, lung problems and if unlucky, cancer (not just lung cancer, it can appear anywhere from mouth to lungs). Weigh your priorities properly and walk away now so that you can enjoy life better. Good luck.
