I was really impressed that Cal TV brought both perspectives (by citing the letter from the Jewish student and by interviewing the Muslim student). The occupation is a fact, it's not an exaggeration and just as the holocaust should not be ignored, the ethnic cleansing of Palestine and the bulldozing of Palestinian homes should not go unnoticed.
The fact of the matter is that saying "Palestinians should not die" does NOT equal "We hate Jews". There are Jews against the occupation...

Just to continue: it's not antisemitism to protest war crimes. Also, not only Jews are Semitics, the term applies to middle-easterners, whom as you know are not only Jews but Christians, Coptic, Muslims, and more...
