I have been wanting to make a video with this amazing positive person for a long time. We finally filmed a zoom video the other day. We talk about anorexia, depression, PTSD, POTS, and Ehlers-Danlos syndrome.

I have a similar history... I was also abused and a dancer. It is so refreshing to hear that mental illness is not selfish or motivated by selfishness. It comes from a place of hurt and a lot of our actions come from desire for healing and not knowing how to ask for help. Thank you for being so open and honest. Best to you!
