- This one is literally a childhood dream come true! I'm so happy to have been able to create this interactive 4ft tall chocolate showpiece. Blending two of my childhood favorites, LEGO and chocolate! I love the whisk attachment. What other utensils should I create for him?

I miss the videos that showed off more him making the pieces and not just them appearing in a jump clip :T The new editting we've had for a while isn't as magical as watching Amaury actually make the pieces
i thought i was alone in feeling this way, I'm not a fan of seeing things "magically" appear in editing, i wanna see the actual process 😞

I went and watched his old videos so I understand where you guys are coming from. I think he should do both.
Idk, I think he has assistants and such that help him now so it might be easier for him to do it this way.
Yeah, just watched this right after one from two years ago and it always makes me feel so sad :/ I feel like it skips a lot of the art of what he does and really loses a lot of the wonder that comes with it...
I'm glad that Amaury finally got a worthy protégé/ assistant in the kitchen. He deserves it after all this time.
And having a colored chocolate lego set would be a dream come true! 🎉

Thats cool and all, but these videos went from a visually interesting step by step assembly/creation video, to just Amaury having fun with jump cut edits and leaving out all the interesting stuff.
I don't like to shit on this guy because his videos are so cool and he's so talented. But I do kinda agree here. The finished product is cool, but I like seeing how the slabs and tubes are made and how they're painted and stuff. The magic jump cuts are a cute editing trick but they cut out my favorite part!
People will always find something to complain about. This sculpture took DAYS for a master chocolatier to create, and you're mad it's compressed into three+ minutes. Tch.
@@medicbabe2ID I'm gonna assume you're new. Watch his old videos and you'll see why people are "complaining". It's not complaining. We just really love seeing his artistry. Right now, anyone could be snapping fingers in the video and it would be the same. His old videos had a magic about them because we could see a master at work.

I have no words for this chef. He’s just incredible. I usually don’t like all the editing tricks because I’m selfish and want to see more of how he does this, but this was 💣. When he scooped up the hand. Awesome. So fun.

C'est fou cette aptitude que tu as à nous épater à chaque fois !.. Tu vas de chef d'œuvre en chef d'œuvre, et même si on connaît l'étendue de ton très grand talent, on est quand même scotchés à chaque fois...
