This one is extra special for me because we have a black cat! One thing we found out after adopting Mr. Kinkels is that there are many different color variations apparent depending on the light and angle of viewing. You've captured that perfectly! Mr. Kinkels came to us as an older kitten who had been abandoned. He was nearly dead when we found him due to lack of food and water. It took several weeks for him to allow us to touch him, even though he looked forward to the attention. Now, he is rarely very far from me. We gave him that name because he has a definite kink in his tail from an old injury. 😻😻😻😻

It seems to me that I already know Mr. Kinkels, I've seen many photos of him that you posted on Facebook, and I guess I also heard part of the story before, and I love it!! :D I have 2 black cats at home too and another one that is black and white ;)
