These neighbors are horrible . If any child asked for food I’d keep a close eye those children
"I don't want to be a nosy neighbor" - Kids asking for food is the biggest red flag ever. That's not being 'nosy'.
California had a similar case where one of the daughters escaped and called the police.

Home schooled = not being seen by mandatory reporters. Abusers do this on purpose. There needs to be more oversight of “home schooling”. Ruby Franke did this too.
