Can't believe u put those mangled pilots back in, should always renew to save future problems in any carb rebuild..also the needle emulsion jets might be blocked...???🥴

Ultra sonic cleaner best thing I have for carby cleaning and not crazy expensive. I have found helps loosening jets and cleaning out those pesky little orifices..

Speaking from experience using alumi-weld to repair a cylinder, that carb didn't get anywhere near hot enough to accept the braze. Oxy or map gas and preheating are vital on larger parts.

You really should tear down, clean, and rebuild carbs the right way. Order a rebuild kit online and take everything apart. Carb clean will ruin those vacuum slide boots.

I broke the same exact thing on my honda nighthawk lol. For a bike like this, it's worth it to do things right the first time, instead of the 3rd or 4th time as was my case lol. Make sure all the fuel and turbo lines are where they need to be! Don't worry about rushing out videos

That was a valiant effort in repairing that. If a new carb body is that cheap, I would definitely go that route. Great video, as always.

You should put a bigger turbo on it😊

Wow you're really being the devil on my shoulder right now 😂. I'm supposed to keep this bike original!

Don't butcher it up, just throw one on there or make an adapter to try it but make it reversible incase you want to put it back to original.@@GoldGuyRides
