Now that Guyana has struck oil and Saint Lucia was making millions selling their visas to Chinese the immigration to Barbados is not as attractive they should give the prisoners conjugal visits and offer them freedom in exchange for farming or other hard labor jobs 20 years of farming is better than a lifetime in prison
