Please be aware folks dropping the right hand to the hip to throw a hook while also dropping the left guard hand to your chest only works in women's kickboxing. Especially after a big stance switch to show you are coming.
^Never watched Tyrone Spong or Overeem when they were steam rolling guys.
No control no real skills shes not a champion 😂
