@@TheMidlifeRide I'm pretty sure Cowboy said it's a myth that a machine goes cold? Also, when starting with the .25 cent machine, Cowboy's method says you are suppose to be playing 5 credits ($1.25 per spin), as opposed to 3 credits, which is what you're playing at .75 per spin, so you're actually starting out incorrectly right out of the gate! I'm hoping to try out his method also, but you have to follow his directions if you're going to "test his method".
Thank you for this Vedic. You know it just makes me happy to know that you played for a win and just keep trying. I tired it and within my first 10 spins I got my first hand pay but the difference now is I’m not just playing not knowing. Before cowboy slots I just played what ever not knowing anything about the games I played. I love that I have learned how to play better and I save a lot. I have a small cash box leave the key at home. If I put $40 and double it I put $40 in the box. I love opening my box when I get home I always have what my starting budget was or more. That is after I double my bank roll cuz I go to have fun. I listen and learn everything and I am a better gambler because of the cowboy slot guys. Keep trying their methods because you will eventually win. And you did get comps
Cowboy Slot’s method requires a 5 liner machine with a max bet of 5 credits. The type of machine that you are on doesn’t go into effect until you reach the $1 denom stage of his method. Hopefully this helps
We tried that in another video:) Trying the Cowboy Slots Handpay Method on a 5 Line Double Diamond in Las Vegas | Step 1 ruclips.net/video/1ZpDbcPANTI/видео.html
That was my first thought at the start. Seems silly to complain and whine when the recommended method isn't followed. The machine wasn't hitting so go to another one.
Thanks for posting this. I just tried the cowboy slots method, starting with 50$ on a 25cent (3 credit) machine. I came close to doubling my money. I should have probably stopped at that point but I really wanted to try for it. I had a very long playing time and I really enjoyed it! I talked to the machine a lot like you guys!! I felt a lot more confident playing and selecting a machine. I will definitely try again!
That was brutal. Mark and Brantley @CowboySlots always remind us that their method is no guarantee that you will win. It's still gambling after all. I still like their method, as it keeps me playing longer. Even if I don't win big, I go home with money in my pocket😊 Better luck next time!
Watching this I’m really rooting for you guys. I want to try this method at my local casino. My previous way of playing was to cash out if I double or better. And quit if I lose half. I’ve had mixed results but mostly break even. Cowboy slots has helped Me be better at choosing a low volatile machine.
We’ve learned a lot from Cowboy Slots, too. So disappointed that it didn’t work out for us, but we’ll keep trying:) How much do you start with when you either double or quit after losing half? What’s your local casino?
I think videos like this are important to show that these methods aren't always a success... I've done this a couple times myself with no luck. I know the stats are against the penny slots, but when I do leave with a win it's usually after playing those.
Agreed! We know winning makes for a more popular and exciting video, but that’s just not our reality. And, yes! We tend to pick up a few $$ here and there on the pennies. Plus, there are some really fun games that we aren’t going to write off just because someone said so. Thanks so much for watching and for the great comment :)
@@TheMidlifeRide Very glad you do. Even though it’s a good method, and is mostly about money management and pushing risk at the right time, it doesn’t always work and we at Cowboy Slots make sure that people understand it’s still gambling at the end of the day. Thanks for watching guys! … Marc @ Cowboy Slots.
Thanks for posting your results using his method. So far my results have been similar to yours. I’ve come close to doubling several times but not quite. He does emphasize that this method is not a guarantee at all, just a way to play that he’s had success with and can increase your odds without hurting your bankroll too much.
It’s great that you at least came close! We know there are no guarantees, otherwise we’d all be rich and the casinos would be out of business. We’ll keep trying, but will likely modify his method to suit our playing style. Thanks for watching:)
Sorry if it did not work for you! I tried it once and doubled my money then went to $1 denom then lost when I reached playing $5 denom. Again, its still gambling so it’s all about luck! But let me tell you, since I started playing old school slots as recommended by Cowboy Slots, I’ve had 9 handpays in Vegas. Stick to low volatile machines! I stopped playing penny slots. Realized I’ve been bamboozled by the casinos all these years. Good luck and have fun!
We’ll still play other slots because we have fun playing them. We’ve been playing the old school slots for years and usually do pretty well on them. We’ll keep trying because I like the concept, though we might start at a higher step in the strategy, since we didn’t have luck on the quarters. Thanks for watching and sharing your experience. Glad to hear it has worked out for you:)
I like Cowboy Slots too, but starting at 25 cent machines to advance to a handpay is tough. I usually start at $1 machines trying to double on $100 at lower volatility slot machines (Blazing 7's, Top Dollar, Pinball) and go up to $5, $10 and $25 slots if I'm lucky enough to keep doubling up. 🤠
Good deal its great that someone show the real deal of gambling and not just misleading videos of winning all the times. The flipside of winning is losing don't ever involve yourself in one and think you are not involve in the other. The simple truth👍
@@lowlyworm468 what I heard him say is “no more than 5 credits max”, so I took that to mean we could play a machine with a max less than 5 credits. He also pinned a video of a woman winning in Atlantic City and she was only playing 3 credits. You might ask on his channel whether it really makes a difference.
Yes, I use the method 25 cents 5 lines and works every time for me. If the machine is not showing u live in 15-20 mins, change machines. Haven’t tried this game, so will try next time in LV.
Great Video. I just tried CowboySlots handpay method. I too lost. I am going to try again in a few weeks. Maybe I will get lucky. I am rooting for you guys to get your handpay.
I just came back from the casino. Played what you plsyed and never came close to doubling my investment. Tried other low volatile mschines 3 x .25 for a max of .75 a spin. Nothing. Then I found a .25 x 9 for 2.25 a spin.. Decided to play. put a total of 60 bucks and I had some good results. Ended up losing. Slid over and put $20 in. Maybe 15 spins later after going up snd coming down and BAM. Hit $900. Never run so fast with a combo of 100s, 20s & 5s! 😂😂
Here's a suggestion if you're not waiting on your machine take a break walk around look at this casino look around walk check out other machines come back later and try it again these machines are all random so you know it doesn't make a difference when you play them good luck
My Son in law and myself did the Cowboy Slots challenge. We started with $86. When we stopped on the $10 machine we were up to $1100. Never got to a hand pay but good enough for us. My son in law tried it again last night with no success but he’s going to try it Friday night
Cowboy slots is not the only gambler that has said this is a good way. Attitude and positivity play a huge role. Your timing maybe off and you aren’t getting enough small hits which tells me the machine is cold. I feel you set out to prove cowboys slots wrong so you achieved your goal…congrats!
We were absolutely not trying to prove him wrong. We had a lot of hope that we’d finally start winning with his method. It’s gambling either way. Some people get lucky. Others do not.
I used to play these slots years ago and hit lots of good stuff. I won $1000 too many times to recount, by getting two triples and the top flag symbol. But seems like they don’t hit as often now as they did then. Hard to find too! Thanks for trying their method. I’m still going to try it.
Cowboy slots gives many warnings and advises it doesn’t always work. Another important thing to remember is if the machine is not paying you, even small amounts then get off of the machine and find another.
This was one of the only videos I watched and did not remember him saying we should move, so I assumed we needed to stick it out. After many comments suggesting the same, we have started moving machines if we aren’t getting regular line hits.
This was one of the only videos I watched and did not remember him saying we should move, so I assumed we needed to stick it out. After many comments suggesting the same, we have started moving machines if we aren’t getting regular line hits.
I’ve be been taking notes… Cowboy said .25 cents machines; play the max which is $1.25. One pay line. He’s very specific. I walked our casino and found a few twenty-five cents machines. They are strategically placed. It was fun looking for them. I’m going to do their technique as well! Thanks for sharing!
@@jeriann8974 we see them, but they are few and far between and usually being played. At the bank of machines we play at Cosmo, there are 3 and 5 credit. Same at TI and I believe at NYNY. There are several casinos on Fremont that seem to have more of these old school slots: Main Street Station, Fremont, 4 Queens.
@@TheMidlifeRide Fremont casino did not have five credit machines. Golden nugget didn’t either. Two others that I can’t remember didn’t have them. The search took a ridiculous amount of time and walking.
@@jeriann8974 Caesars, Fremont, Main Street Station and California have Slot Finders. Might help to limit the walking:) Really wish all the properties had them.
It takes patience and discipline. My first 3 attempts were all strike outs (down about $500 over 3 visits). Attempt 4, turned $1 ($50 bankroll) bet into $450, Attempt 5-6 tripled the initial bank roll ($30 and $60) respectively. Attempt 7 got the handpay on the low limit game ($6.25 bet/$50 bankroll into $1400.00). it's depressing going through multiple L's but trust the math and long term play. Overtime you will be surprised at the wins. Yes the cartoon games bring more fun but long term, it will work for you.
Also, You don't 'have to' set a handpay as your target. If you made $400 a visit for 300 visits (assuming you live that close to a casino) that's 6 figures a year w/o Uncle sam getting involved.
We’d be happy with any kind of win! We just haven’t had any luck yet using this method. I’m sure we’ll keep trying, though. We aren’t that close to any decent casinos. We’re in NJ right now, so we hit Borgata in Atlantic City and it did not go well.
@@TheMidlifeRide I completely understand. It takes faith especially when youve tried over multiple visits. Im in the MD area so I have in my backyard w/ DE, PA and NJ only an hour away. One of the things id recommend is supplimenting your slot play with other games to help build your bank roll (and keep you from going crazy, lol). On the first 3 attempts of losing, I left with a few Benjamin's thanks to craps and blackjack. Also, I would incorporate "hit and quick method" as well for the low volatile slots. Jackpot Judo does 3 spins before he leaves or changes denominations and PS has the 5 spin method. I tried the 5 spin method today in Philly and got several nice hits
@@tmasst07 glad to hear you did well today:) We play a lot of video poker to break up the rounds of slot play. And, we usually only do $20 in each VP or slot machine. 1.25 on 5 liners is the way to go. You wanna do this type of machines when you betting 10$ and up. I double my bankroll very often on 5 liners.. if i triple my money i play 9 liners or 5 liners 1$ per line
We tried a $1.25 5 line machine here: Trying the Cowboy Slots Handpay Method on a 5 Line Double Diamond in Las Vegas | Step 1 ruclips.net/video/1ZpDbcPANTI/видео.html We’ll be trying $1 denom, but not quite ready for $10!
We won??? When? We were supposed to double our money-$100 in (400 credits), $200 out (800 credits). We didn’t get anywhere close to doubling on this one. At what point would you have switch machines or moved up to $1 denom?
This method is great in theory, but, personally I would have found another machine at $50. Your particular machine was not giving you sustainable hits 😢 if it gave more back and stayed above $70+/-, I would have kept on going.
@@biscuitandme4119 sounds that way. Many have said it, but we didn’t even know that was an option because we didn’t remember him mentioning that in the video we watched.
30 minutes play in a Vegas casino for a hundred bucks, even if you didn't hit your target is pretty good, really. We're out there from the UK in a week's time, and I'll definitely be giving it a go in preference to those bloody dragon link machines. Good Luck
We tried a five line in another video. Trying the Cowboy Slots Handpay Method on a 5 Line Double Diamond in Las Vegas | Step 1 ruclips.net/video/1ZpDbcPANTI/видео.html
There definitely are no guarantees, but I think it’s still worth a shot if you tend to be lucky. We aren’t usually lucky gambling, so it wasn’t a huge shock. But, it was disappointing. I always go in with such high hopes:)
I tried the method at the $.25 machine. I won $1000. Then I went to the $1.00 machine and played Thunder Cash. $5 max bet and lost it. I didn’t walk away like I should have.
Oh no! You lost all of it? I’ve always wanted to play Thunder Cash at max bet, but our machines are way more than we’re willing to spend for max. And that game can be a real heartbreaker!
As far as gambling goes I'm going to tell you right now you have better odds waiting on a slot machine that you have on the winning the lottery numbers and that's factual
Every time I try the one Payline three credits $0.25 or $1.00 Denominational Double Diamond or Triple Stars, and even the Five lines ones of the least volatile slots, they seem to always perform at 83%. Is this typical at most isolated casinos? Am sure the Cowboy “chosen ones” perform better all around Las Vegas.
We’ve only tried on the Vegas strip. We might have better luck at a Vegas local (haven’t found one that has the denom and # of credits we need) or downtown (lots of these old school machines there).
Thanks for the video! I’ve learned by my experience that play success varies by casino. Where I play they change the payout daily depending on how the casino is doing for the day.
That's NOT how the machines work. I used to believe that, and a number of other myths, myself. After doing some research, I now know differently. Knowledge is power!
@@TheMidlifeRide His original video he says "double or nothing" - but later, the other guy on his channel says to change machines after you lose half. In one video, the other guy moved to a $0.02 machine that wasn't three reels or anything on the first list, so they are changing their "rules" as they go. It depends what video you see first. I haven't had any luck with the Cowboy method, either.
@@grandmaday9575 ah, changing the rules as they go… lol! Sounds like we either need to watch every single video (unlikely) or just trust our gut and do what we want:) Thanks for the info!
Great video. I personally would have gone for the dollar denomination. And had a walkway point of 50. True you have less spins, but those kickbacks you had would have easily got you to your goal quicker. The .25 double up is an absolute grind from the looks of it, and you lost the full 100 anyway.
@@TheMidlifeRide nice one. I will give it a watch. I recommend also checking out Jackpot Judo. He tends to go more on kickbacks. If you've not had a kickback in around 5-10 spins, cut your losses and move to another machine as it most likely will drain you. I know Cowboy Slots say this is a fallacy, but from what I've seen it does have some credence! Good luck and keep posting!
I enjoyed the video. I want to try this method on a cruise to see if I can last long enough to be offered a free cruise. Was this in real time? The $100 lasted a little more than 1/2 an hour? I not really all that interested in doubling my $$. Just want to get invited back for a cruise. Any suggestions?
It was real time. 30 minutes of play on $100 isn’t great, in my opinion. I’ve played over an hour on a $20 bill several times. I’m not sure what to suggest because I don’t know what you need to be invited back for a free cruise.
@@TheMidlifeRide thanks for the reply. I’m not sure the cruise lines know what the algorithm is for an invitation. Maybe they are targeting YTubers so word gets out to gamble. That would be some high level marketing. I’ll give it a go for $100 and see what happens.
I've seen a great technique where you play 5 losing spins any lose &you change up your play by changing denonations. .25 to .50 and move it around. And hit at all and count restarts. Also there is more RTP "return to player" on higher denomination machines. More likely to get handpays.
This is 100% correct...move more bet denominations around on the same machine especially if a certain one isn't giving no kickbacks after a few spins...sometimes the machine your on likes a different denom bet instead of just the lowest u can bet
Old school slot machines require a lot of patience. The graphics of newer games have such a hypnotic effect, that many people are drawn to them, even though the line hits are usually much smaller than on old school machines. At higher denominations, the old school machines shine at line hits. Just try to be patient!
We’re trying! We just tried Steps 2 and 3 ($1 and $5 denoms). Step 2 ruclips.net/video/Ta9AlPU7z98/видео.html Step 3 ruclips.net/video/r29CGgNvTKs/видео.html
My wife and I have tried .25 denom over a weekend and had similar results overall. I know higher denoms pay more frequently, so next time I'm starting at a minimum $1 denom. A little scary but I think the odds of hitting will pay in the end.
We figured the same but at least the $1 denom is only playing one credit, so it’s about the same as playing max at the 25 cent denom. We will have a video coming out soon for Step 2 at $1. Thanks for watching:)
Not necessarily true! They were only playing three credits, when Cowboy's method specifically states you're to play a .25 cent machine with 5 credit lines. That's $1.25 per spin, not .75. "Keepin it real" would require that you follow directions, at the very least. Otherwise, you're not proving anything.
@@jlnriddick have you watched the video he has pinned in the comments? It shows a woman playing a 3 credit, 25 cent, one line machine. I think she won about $800 if I remember correctly. He posted it for us to watch and never said she did it wrong.
@@TheMidlifeRide I haven't seen it, but I'm sure he was quite excited for her. I wouldn't expect him to point out that she did something wrong, especially since she did so well, but that doesn't change anything about trying to double your money with basically one hand tied behind your back. You literally omitted 2 opportunities out of 5 every time you spun the reels, yet you seemed so puzzled as to "why his method wasn't working for you". That's 200 more chances to win that you didn't even take, which is all I'm saying. Cowboy never said it couldn't be done with less, and neither did I, but his purpose for sharing his method was to assist anyone who wanted good odds of doubling their initial $100 dollars. You can't fault the method when you're not even following his direction. Hope it works out better next time! Good Luck!
You have to switch machines…. Staying on the same the entire time is how you never win. I don’t think his video mentioned that you can always switch machines lol
I don’t remember him saying that either. Thanks so much for letting us know! We definitely would have switched. Does it have to be the same machine though? There’s usually only one of each name. Could we move from a Triple Stars to a Double Diamond?
@@TheMidlifeRide you can do what you feel is best. There is no one size fits all. It is all RNG - random generated number. Here is what I’ve had some success doing the hardest part is walking away with it, especially if it happens first 10-20 mins of being there. I take $100-200 only and look at good paying pay tables and low-medium volatility. I bet starting slow 50 cents to $2. If I hit I bump up to $3-10. If I go up some I’ll hop on medium-High volatilityy dragon link. I don’t agree with cowboy on those. I have won a few major jackpots and handpays off off of couple hundred dollars. But if it’s dead spins 5 or more i switch denominations. Or new machine. My top 5: 1: triple double wild cherry or double wild cherry (this is the double diamond volatility level just with cherries and more exciting pay table) 2. Triple Double Diamond 3. Dragon or Lightning Links - just watch for dead spins / blanks and switch denominations often. They hit pretty good amount of time and they pay very very Well. You can bet minimum 50 cents and still receive the progressives of $50 minor or $500-1000 major. I have had 4 this year 4. Double Diamond Deluxe 5. Any Triple 7s old school style reel If you stay on same machine more than 50 spins especially after hitting several hundred dollar line pay you should do a couple backup spins and switch machines unless it just keeps hitting. The hardest part is leaving. I’ve had multiple nights where I ran couple hundred to $1000-2000 and walked out with only up few hundred or with pockets empty. Don’t be that guy. I now have a little portable pocket size safe box to cash winnings and I can’t open until I’m at home. Hope this helps! If it does for you lmk. Great channel!
You can't win by being a butterfly at the slots. I have seen too many players spin 2 or 3 times and move on. Also, it's difficult to win with minimum bets.
What we believe he said was to play UP TO 5 credits, or no more than 5 credits max at the 25 cent denom. I’ve seen others play and win on 3 credits. But, I definitely think we’ll try 5 if we do this again. Seems like it would be easier to win with multiple lines. Yes, it was pretty frustrating. Thanks for watching:)
@@JJ9er I can hear that now. He kinda said it two ways and I only registered the first one. We did play max, but yeah, probably should have picked a 5 credit machine on this one. Although, I was pretty convinced it would work fine after watching someone hit on the 3 credit machine in another video.

We’re thinking the same thing. It’s just too hard to double up $100. On this particular game, if we had cashed out every time we got up and kept putting new $ in the machine, we likely would have reached $100 in winnings. We might try that next time.

I would have started at $1 denom and then went to $2 denom after doubling since the progressive jackpots typically are only valid for the higher denoms at max bet. Anything at 50c or below really isn't worth it.

I've heard that the higher denomination the machine, the better the chances for a payout. That's why it would be hard to double your money on a 25 cent machine, if this theory is correct.
I’ve heard similar theories, but I’m skeptical. We’ve had some nice wins on 25 cent or penny machines, even just putting in $5! We tried a $20 on $1 denom pinball and got nothing. I’m convinced you’re either lucky or you’re not. Most of the time, we’re not.
So boring, has never worked for me either. I have never got to the 200 on the first level. Glad you showed everyone that it does not always work. I start at a 1.00 machines and try to build from there. Seems to work better for me.
First step worked well for me. $1.25/spin on quarter slot. Got $458 after $30 worth of spins. Step 2 cost me $100 no double up so just walked with profit fro quarter machine. Lol
This was a 3 credit max bet machine. He said “no more than 5 credits max bet” so we interpreted that as any max up to 5 credits. My conclusion on this method is that it is hard to double your money on a quarter machine unles you get a really good hit If not maybe it’s not your day
It's really hard to double $100 using quarters. You need hit to a line that pays 400 credits. Not sure how many line combos pay that. You might need to play to up $25 using quarters imo. 100 credit line combos probably still need the Triple Star combos but there are more variants. If you play the single line, then I would do a $1 denom using his method.
This was step 1 of his method, 25 cent denom, no more than 5 credits max. I don’t think any step calls for $1 denom at max bet. Step 2 is $1 denom, 1 credit and then it jumps to $5 denom, 1 credit. Does he have another method?
@ The Midlife Ride these machines also when very well on two coins. what I do is watch where the triples are either three coins or two if it's not paying on three coins I would have switched to two coins at that point and maybe played $20 I think you would have won better on two coins. My experience with this machine is you can play hundreds of dollars on three coins and win nothing but the minute you switch to two it's just went after when I would try that next time just a little suggestion Thanks for the video
Could the reason you lose because you are only doing the 3 bet instead of the 5 bet like Cowboy Slots does? I would think it would be a better chance of doubling 100.00 doing a 5 bet.
He says “no more than 5 credits max bet.” We will try a 5 credit max next time, but like he says, it’s gambling. There’s no guarantee of winning either way.
I think you need to lower your winning expectations. If you start with $100 on a $5 bet to walk away with $200, using that same ratio for a 75¢ bet you should walk away once you make over $15. I hope it makes sense and wish y’all the best of luck!
The way we normally play, we cash out with much less! We’ll take anything over what we put in the machine. Sometimes, if we’ve been up and down for awhile, and get back up to our original investment, we walk away. Free entertainment!!!
These slots are painful to play now that we have all the new video slots, But I have been playing them also just to mix it up. In maybe 10-15 sessions. I've had 2 big wins $2-$3 spins over $1000.00 but no hand pays? One session I did cash out $1400.00 though on triple double diamonds hit the triple double red sevens and some other smaller hits, and the machine was just on a roll. Right timing is what that is about. I think personally, move around after $50.00 on a small bankroll from my experience. I can't tell you how many times I've played $100 down to $50 and brought it back to $150 or $200 just changing machines. If a machine is going to hit and it will hit sooner than later. And if you have a small bankroll you have to spread the wealth over more machines to give yourself a chance
Hi. It is gambling and you never know the outcome, but I've being watching videos from all over and usually the people that win change machines if they feel it is not giving you anything. Wining here is random as we know, but some machines give you more at certain times
Yep, we just didn’t know that was an option according to his method. Plus, these machines are few and far between and usually always being played. We’ll definitely switch next time before we lose it all in one machine!
@@TheMidlifeRide look for jackpot judo. He has some nice videos too. And he always test the machine and moves if he doesn't feel he is going to get much from it. Looks like he's doing ok. Similar method but a little more agressive with some things. And I like the way he manages money
😢most of the videos they show on utube are big commerical for the casino. I have hit one handpay on double Dimond $1.00 dem.,but not like they play. You have to play a machine no more then three plays and if you do nothing move on to the next machine. Hope this helped. Big C
I believe it's not only important to know when to leave the casino but it's also important to know when to leave a machine that has gone cold.
Agreed! We’re working on that:)
Thanks for watching! Glad to hear that you’re having luck and keeping your winnings:)
Cowboy Slot’s method requires a 5 liner machine with a max bet of 5 credits. The type of machine that you are on doesn’t go into effect until you reach the $1 denom stage of his method. Hopefully this helps
We tried that in another video:)

ruclips.net/video/1ZpDbcPANTI/видео.html
That was my first thought at the start. Seems silly to complain and whine when the recommended method isn't followed. The machine wasn't hitting so go to another one.
It’s not a max bet for his method it’s 5 line sand .25 a line for step one
Thanks for posting this. I just tried the cowboy slots method, starting with 50$ on a 25cent (3 credit) machine. I came close to doubling my money. I should have probably stopped at that point but I really wanted to try for it. I had a very long playing time and I really enjoyed it! I talked to the machine a lot like you guys!! I felt a lot more confident playing and selecting a machine. I will definitely try again!
That’s great! We’re glad you enjoyed trying and hope it pays off for you next time:)
I did this method last night at Choctaw in Durant Oklahoma. I started with $100 and ended up winning $458. Going to try again this weekend!
Awesome! We hope you continue to win with this method:)
That was brutal. Mark and Brantley @CowboySlots always remind us that their method is no guarantee that you will win. It's still gambling after all. I still like their method, as it keeps me playing longer. Even if I don't win big, I go home with money in my pocket😊 Better luck next time!
Thanks for watching! We like the concept of this method, too, and we know going in that there are no guarantees:)
Watching this I’m really rooting for you guys. I want to try this method at my local casino. My previous way of playing was to cash out if I double or better. And quit if I lose half. I’ve had mixed results but mostly break even. Cowboy slots has helped
Me be better at choosing a low volatile machine.
I also used the cowboy slots method and lost...a lot. The casino always wins in the end.
I'm always able to complete this step, but no further :(
He does say 5 line game! 25 cent .
@@suzannemontague3660 at least you had your original $100 once step 2 was over!
Also, I could be wrong but did he say max bet?
There is also something called gamblers luck. Some people are not lucky at gambling.
We plan to start at $1 next time. Thanks for watching and sharing:)
He says to play a strict 25cent denom with 5 credits. machine. Thats $1.25 .
Good deal its great that someone show the real deal of gambling and not just misleading videos of winning all the times. The flipside of winning is losing don't ever involve yourself in one and think you are not involve in the other. The simple truth👍
Exactly:)
I found that the 5 lines quarter slots have been really good bringing me to a double. I know you might spend a bit more. But the pay outs are nice
We’re planning to try the 5 credit machines next time. Thanks for watching!
yah i think he specifically says that on his video? trying to figure this all out!
@@lowlyworm468 what I heard him say is “no more than 5 credits max”, so I took that to mean we could play a machine with a max less than 5 credits. @@TheMidlifeRide totally! thank you so much for the fun videos! :) we are of the same low rolling breed!

I believe @cowboyslots said pick a 5 line machine, but 👍👍 video.
Yeah, we may have misinterpreted when he said “no more than” 5 credit max. We’ll try 5 line next time:)

We hope you have better luck next time! Thanks for watching and sharing:)
That’s awesome! What was the game that you won on? Which casino?
Here's a suggestion if you're not waiting on your machine take a break walk around look at this casino look around walk check out other machines come back later and try it again these machines are all random so you know it doesn't make a difference when you play them good luck
My Son in law and myself did the Cowboy Slots challenge. We started with $86. When we stopped on the $10 machine we were up to $1100. Never got to a hand pay but good enough for us. My son in law tried it again last night with no success but he’s going to try it Friday night
Nice! Do you remember the exact games you played?
@@janpeterson21 Thanks for watching and good luck!

Thanks for watching! Yeah, we misunderstood when he said “no more than 5 credits max bet.” Thought “no more than” meant we could do less.
Carefully searched six casinos in Vegas and never saw a $0.25 machine with 5 maximum bets. They were all two and three credit machines.

You bet $6.25 per spin max bet, 25 cent denom with $50 and won $1400??? That was a great win! Which casino and slot did you play?
We always expect to lose, but always hope to win :)
Its very hard to double up on a .25 cent machine. I only play those slots to waste time before heading home 😂
We’re learning that firsthand:)
Thanks for testing this I was excited to try it but now I’m not sure
Thunder cash is high volatility game so I shouldn’t have played that game.

No 1 credit.
No, just one credit. These folks aren't following his method correctly, so not sure why they're expecting his results?

Well, we haven’t had success anywhere. But, we see other people win all the time! Thanks for watching:)
That’s impossible.
That's NOT how the machines work. I used to believe that, and a number of other myths, myself. After doing some research, I now know differently. Knowledge is power!
When you got to half way you were supposed to move machines.
I don’t remember hearing that in the video I watched. Can you tell me which video he says that? I’d like to watch it.
That’s the method we prefer, too! This attempt showed us that if we stay, we lose:)
Great video. I personally would have gone for the dollar denomination. And had a walkway point of 50. True you have less spins, but those kickbacks you had would have easily got you to your goal quicker. The .25 double up is an absolute grind from the looks of it, and you lost the full 100 anyway.
We recently tried the $1 denom. Thanks for watching!
ruclips.net/video/Ta9AlPU7z98/видео.html
@@TheMidlifeRide nice one. I will give it a watch. I recommend also checking out Jackpot Judo. He tends to go more on kickbacks. If you've not had a kickback in around 5-10 spins, cut your losses and move to another machine as it most likely will drain you. I know Cowboy Slots say this is a fallacy, but from what I've seen it does have some credence! Good luck and keep posting!

This is just the first step in his hand pay method. We’re not meant to get one until the last step, which is at $10 per spin.

Sometimes it shakes out that way. Thanks for the video.

You guys keep it real.
Wake up call for dreamers.
Lol! We still dream, but we live in reality.
My top 5:
1: triple double wild cherry or double wild cherry (this is the double diamond volatility level just with cherries and more exciting pay table)
2. Triple Double Diamond
3. Dragon or Lightning Links - just watch for dead spins / blanks and switch denominations often. They hit pretty good amount of time and they pay very very
Well. You can bet minimum 50 cents and still receive the progressives of $50 minor or $500-1000 major. I have had 4 this year
4. Double Diamond Deluxe
5. Any Triple 7s old school style reel
If you stay on same machine more than 50 spins especially after hitting several hundred dollar line pay you should do a couple backup spins and switch machines unless it just keeps hitting.
@@Dcmaddog12 interesting info! Sounds like you have your strategy all figured out. Thanks for sharing:)
I think he said, if you were not getting some regular payouts, you can change machines just choose the same type machine
You can't win by being a butterfly at the slots. I have seen too many players spin 2 or 3 times and move on. Also, it's difficult to win with minimum bets.
Did he say play 5 quarters? Very frustrating I bet. Thanks for the video
@@TheMidlifeRide He did say no more than 5 credits max and "for this example you will be playing max".
@@JJ9er I can hear that now. He kinda said it two ways and I only registered the first one. We did play max, but yeah, probably should have picked a 5 credit machine on this one. Although, I was pretty convinced it would work fine after watching someone hit on the 3 credit machine in another video.
@The Midlife Ride I hear ya. Wife and I leave for Vegas on Friday! Can't wait to test out his method! Best of luck to you guys!
@@JJ9er Enjoy your trip and best of luck to you! By the way, here’s the video that Cowboy Slots put on his community page a few months ago. 3 credit machine, nice win :) ruclips.net/video/9c5PY3qhISs/видео.html
Try jackpot Judos method. Very similar but use machines with a bonus options.
@@shelhag Thanks for the suggestion!
First time I've ever seen a video of someone losing at slots. Way to keep it real, i guess. Wishing you better luck in the future.
Ha! We have plenty of losing to show the world:) Thanks, we need all the luck we can get!
Would you like the winning lottery number 2
It's spins are random if your first spin and your NetSpend are the same you can hit back-to-back wins a machine you're playing on does not know how many times you spend or how long you've been I hope that helps you good luck please win
We always try to win! Lol! Thanks for watching:)
The $300 method is about the best that I have personally seen work
What is the $300 method? Another Cowboy Slots thing?
Could you not find a machine with max bet $1.25?
There is one but someone was playing it. We were finally able to play it on our last trip. The video is out now.
ruclips.net/video/1ZpDbcPANTI/видео.html
It worked for me
Glad to hear it!
How many times have you tried? How many times were you successful?
Well, doing the method exactly as recommended, we tried 3x on step 1, 1x on step 2 and 2x on step 3. We were not fully successful at any attempt.
Ooo 25 cents and 3 quarters that’s good when I first started I’d do 1 quarter and not being eligible for big money o learned after watching videos and reading
I still like playing 25 cents, 1 credit when I just want to sit and play awhile:)
Tough to double up..not sure I have patience..thanks for the 3rd try...but slot of play time
We’re thinking the same thing. It’s just too hard to double up $100. On this particular game, if we had cashed out every time we got up and kept putting new $ in the machine, we likely would have reached $100 in winnings. We might try that next time.
Didnt cowboy slots say five line quarter max? Making it 1.25?
What we believe he said was to play UP TO 5 credits, or no more than 5 credits max at the 25 cent denom. I’ve seen others play and win on 3 credits and Cowboy Slots pinned a link to one in his comment section. But, I definitely think we’ll try 5 if we do this again. Seems like it would be easier to win with multiple lines.
@@TheMidlifeRide Watch the video again. You'll clearly hear him say to play the max bet of 5 credits. He was basically setting the stage when he said find a machine with "up to" 5 credits.
I would have started at $1 denom and then went to $2 denom after doubling since the progressive jackpots typically are only valid for the higher denoms at max bet. Anything at 50c or below really isn't worth it.
Yeah, not much luck on the smaller denoms. We did try $1 on our next trip, didn’t even bother with 25 cent. Thanks for watching:) Trying the Cowboy Slots Low Budget Method Step 2 to Build Your Bankroll and Get a Handpay

He said on the video I watched to play on a 5 line quarter machine
We heard him say “no more than 5 credits max.”
@@TheMidlifeRide YEs he did, but in the next breath he said, " you're going to be playing the max bet, so find a .25 cent machine with 5 lines!
I played triple diamond 25 cents 5 line a buck twenty five won twice first was 3000 then 6000 coins it showed the triple diamond alot during spins and alot of small and medium paybacks during my spins. if a machine doesn't show me the top winning symbol or small paybacks i usually lose
That’s awesome! Congrats:)
Hey friends how r u it’s thanksgiving today ❤I’m watching this congrats on all the fun !! Iv hit $500 on this with a triple and 2 of same 7s color always best to get the same 7s if not a mix of different 7s pays but lower I believe ree is the highest paid then white and blue
A $500 win is awesome! Congrats:)
That’s what she said was my favorite part 😂
I've heard that the higher denomination the machine, the better the chances for a payout. That's why it would be hard to double your money on a 25 cent machine, if this theory is correct.
I’ve heard similar theories, but I’m skeptical. We’ve had some nice wins on 25 cent or penny machines, even just putting in $5! We tried a $20 on $1 denom pinball and got nothing. I’m convinced you’re either lucky or you’re not. Most of the time, we’re not.
Try the 25 cent machine with 5 lines
We just did:) Stay tuned!
So boring, has never worked for me either. I have never got to the 200 on the first level. Glad you showed everyone that it does not always work. I start at a 1.00 machines and try to build from there. Seems to work better for me.
Agreed. If we try again, we’ll start at step 2.
There are no one
Or 3 line .25c slots at my casino… ugh but I’m still gonna try
Good luck!
As I was watching this video, I was surprised at how no triples came up with 2 7's.
We’re never surprised. We are usually very unlucky!
First step worked well for me. $1.25/spin on quarter slot. Got $458 after $30 worth of spins. Step 2 cost me $100 no double up so just walked with profit fro quarter machine. Lol
Not bad! Which casino and game?
He said it should be a 5 credit max bet machane also i dont know if that makes a big difference or not it must or he probly wouldnt have said it
This was a 3 credit max bet machine. He said “no more than 5 credits max bet” so we interpreted that as any max up to 5 credits. Also, he posted a video on his channel of a woman in Atlantic City winning big on the 3 credit max. I think it’s a pinned comment in the video we have linked in the description if you want to check it out:)
Ok thanks I was wanting to try it and would rather bet 3 than 5 ...thanks!
@@wildthang68 oh, and if you missed it, we also tried a 5 credit machine here: Trying the Cowboy Slots Handpay Method on a 5 Line Double Diamond in Las Vegas | Step 1
ruclips.net/video/1ZpDbcPANTI/видео.html
My conclusion on this method is that it is hard to double your money on a quarter machine unles you get a really good hit
If not maybe it’s not your day
Next time, we’ll probably skip to step 2, $1 denom.
The higher the play the higher %, it would have been interesting to see rThem switch to a $1
$1 is step 2 of his method. We might skip straight to that one next time we try.
Yeah, we’ll probably try step 2, $1 denom, 1 credit on our next attempt. Hopefully we’ll have better luck!
I thought you were suppose to try this method on a $1 denom at $5 max bet? ( On this machine with $100 bank roll)
Thanks for the suggestion!
They can be pretty boring, but when you’re losing, so are the new flashy games! When you say you won on $2-$3 spins, is that max bet? What denom?
Big C
Were you playing max $5 per spin? How much did you start with and how long until you hit the handpay?
thankyou for doing this though
Thanks for watching:)
Doesn't Cowboy say to do max bet? It's only $2...
We played max bet. This was a 25 cent denom with a max of 3 credits per spin.
Do some slots actually still have coins??
There are some coin slots on Fremont St. We’ve played them at El Cortez.
I think you were supposed to be betting max credit according to the cowboy video. $1.25/spin 5 credit max
This was a 3 credit max bet machine. He said “no more than 5 credits max bet” so we interpreted that as any max up to 5 credits.
Wonder why red white blue not bonusing even when seven
There are no bonuses in these games, are there?
