@micomarinas2753 tò HAVE a Golden visa you have tò spend at LEAST 2 milions dhs.. the problem in Ras al Khaima Is that probably dont give you any visa depending of what you spend in Real Estate, that's why under This point of view maybe Is Better tò invest in Dubai.. I am Honestly undecided 🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔

As of now, Ras Al Khaimah doesn't have its own Golden Visa program, but the UAE's Golden Visa system applies to all emirates, including RAK.
