NOTE:
To ease the calculation, here I use 1 kg measurement. So, in the video the recipe has 500 gr Intestine, but in this description I convert it into 1 kg Intestine as to ease the calculation and its business purpose. TIA.
* 1 Kilogram of perfectly clean Chicken intestines,
* 4 pieces of shredded ginger.
Marinade Ingredients
* 2 L. of Water,
* 2 tbsp. of Limestone water,
* 2 tbsp. of Refined salt,
* 2 tbsp. of Kaffir lime or Lemon squeeze water.
Spices Ingredients
* 10-20 fresh & finely sliced Kaffir lime leaves, as needed,
* 2-3 tsp. of Pepper powder, according to taste.
* 1 tsp. of garam,
* 2 tsp. of Broth powder,
* 4 Candlenuts,
* 2 tsp. Coriander,
* 4 segments of Turmeric,
* 14 well-grinded Garlic cloves.
Crispy Flour
* 1 Kliogram of Bread flour,
* 240 gr of Corn starch,
* 1 tsp. of Broth powder or Salt.
Dipping Ingredients
* 1½ L. of Water,
* 65 ml of thick Coconut milk.
