Feedback is an "issue" in many areas, not only design. As a 60+ non-designer (even though working in what was called the "graphics industry" some decades ago) and amateur photographer I've encountered many people who have problems with being criticized, no matter how constructive the critique is - it seems that younger generations never learned how critique works, and how to "cope" with it. It seems that mainly "creative" people have a problem there.

Yeah it is true, as a society we really need to work on promoting a growth mindset
