@@Just_Jelle my tip DO NOT EXCHANGE IN THE AIRPORT! there are ATMS right outside the airport they charged me 4usd per transaction. In the airport they were charging me almost $60 to exchange my money

I took out money from a bank when I got to Guatemala.
Did you use cash at the bank or debit to exchange money
What time of year did you go?
I went in June. Good time to go except it is during the rainy season, so you'll have to keep that in mind if you visit then.
