I rode one of these today. It rode absolutely insane. Paddled extremely well. It catches waves like a dream. It does everything you ask of it. Flows excellent rail to rail. Turns off the bottom, cutbacks, pumping down the line or hanging on the tip effortlessly. A big thanks to Modern Beach Supply for giving me the pleasure to ride this gem of a board. Oh, and just in case, it was a Thunderbolt Black with an involvement Fin.
not a surfer myself (landlocked in Chattanooga) however the wall of boards behind this gentleman is absolutely beautiful imo it would be interesting to see a shaper turn a block of foam into one of those ! also the board in the center has some badass graphics ENJOY them all 😊
When you’re spending close to 2k on a surfboard, you really want all the information you can get. I have three of CJs boards and a couple words come to mind “thoughtful design” these boards just work.

6:23 this is so true I saw a guy on a 10’ glider and he had a huge, fat pivot fin in it. It looked so weird and probably didn’t ride to well.
