I used Digitech GSP 7 direct out to my PA when playing guitar for a one man band setup. 2 15's w a tweeters in the early mid 90's, now after all the amps and pedals bought and sold for the last 25 years or more since the days when boutique amps and pedals came out and the old sound came back, but better and more expensive, right? Now here we are in 2024 and granted amp sims are better and maybe the distortion is more tweakable but the time based stuff remained solid, as far as reverb delay, flange chorus, and stereo effects for several decades. Just listening to the sound you were getting, at the end of the day with maybe some more treble from what I could hear on your recording, you got everything you need without an amp to drag around. I tried to use a real amp at times in the 90's but it always thru the stage volume out of whack. With a real drummer sure, this is what they were develop for, stage use mainly. Using midi drums worked out great for what I was doing. If a bass player wanted to sit in, I just turn the bass track down on the sequencer.
Do you jave the line in set to Line or Mic? Ive just bought the TS410 to go woth my new GX10 and while it will get loud, im not sure its gig/rehersal loud? Even with the gx10 and the TS410 all way up? By the way. Some great playing!!
Which do you like better, the Katana or the Alto?

Thanks for your kind words. I had it set to line level.
Did you change the output setting on the GX100 when changing between the Katana and the Alto?
I did, but to be honest, I have done some additional experimenting and to my ears it seems to sound best if the output is just left to line.
