Loved this one even more than usual. Aside from her achievements and skills, Michelle’s vibe is so impressive she is beautiful but unassuming, quietly confident but humble, thoughtful and funny. What an awesome person
Jon, first id like to say you are one of my favorite tattooers and I respect all of you guys in a big way. Even though im a nobody and a self taught tattooing amateur from Alabama, id love to share with yall my perspective. The intense respect and passion I have for tattooing. The fact that it consumes every free second in my mind. Drawing, learning, designing, tattooing fake skin every single night once i get the family to sleep. The respect for the passion you professionals have for the art of tattooing. I understand why you guys feel the way you do, and for the most part with these “scratchers” i totally get it, but their are some of us who truly love and care deeply for the history and process of tattooing.
One of your best episodes and guests, i’m a tattooer of 5 years and in the shop I work at I’m the only one who’s in to the history of the industry, coils, traditional and all that, i felt like I’m in the conversation i always want to have with my co workers, i have never been in the us but you made me want to come take a tour at the bowery and visit the museum ❤ share the ig of her business partner 😊
