i sometimes gag when i think about all of the time that's gone by. What's even funnier is that i am 38 years old and 1992 doesn't even feel that far away to me. That vintage Jasmine doll is SO pretty! i lit up very time you brought her face to the camera. Both of the Jasmine dolls are gorgeous. i don't think i've ever seen that Disney Store doll before. Her face.. . ALL of the Jasmine dolls that you presented are gorgeous! i'm not sure which i love most.
My absolute favorite doll from my childhood! It's incredible that the original Jasmine doll from Mattel is still one of the best Jasmine dolls ever made. I wasn't allowed to own dolls, but by the grace of God my mom let me keep my Jasmine doll because I was so obsessed with the Aladdin movie and it was considered a "boy's" film. While these dolls were awesome, one main problem was the hair. The hair would either break off easily or it would become a matted mess especially when it got wet. 😢 Still, I enjoyed my Jasmine dolls very much. Even when the first doll's head fell off, I super glued it to the body and kept playing with it. I took real good care of my second one, which I still have to this day. 😊

This was one of my two favorite dolls from my childhood. The other was a Barbie and the Beat Midge. I played with my Jasmine doll so much her neck broke. I cried.....lol. I would make two suggestions, the velcro is MURDER on the sleeves of the second outfit. Beware. Also, the hair type of that Jasmine wears really hard so I think I would do a strand test with heat, just in case it makes it fluffy with no fixing.
That’s the doll I wanted as a kid, my mom was supposed to get it for me but allegedly there was no more and got me the Aladdin. Secretly I think she didn’t want me to play with jasmine 🤣
I remember this doll! My friend has her too. I like the newer designer Jasmine but I agree about the dress. The only Disney designer doll from this new line that I have instantly loved is Aurora who isn't out yet but I can see people saying that she's a little basic compared to the others
I feel like people always find something to complain about. Honestly the other ones being more eccentric people complain about them looking weird or not true to the original. IDK I think that the Aurora doll looks amazing

90s Mattel Jasmine dolls were absolutely the best!

I put mine on a Barbie Looks #15 and looks great re: posability + it’s a petite, which Jasmine is supposed to be (shorter).
