I'm so tired of bad players trying to ruin games for the rest of us.
Yeah but they went a little overboard considering you had even pro player 0 starring for the first couple months of it’s release. Basically while I agree there should be challenge, seems like th15 was just a little over tuned. Because face it, if a more casualish player practices their ass off yet still struggles to triple a lot, they might stop being incentivized to play the game. And well, you want people playing the game.
Regardless how tough th15 was, it made us better attackers. So I feel like it was a good experience since I/we learned how to plan attacks accordingly and adjust during those “uh-oh” moments. I’m glad I got to experience th15 at its toughest, since it helped sky rocket my attack skill.
I think the hate towards th15 is not justified. Its a strategy game, and if you don’t have a good strategy or fun playing with strategies and learning them, then why playing clash in the first place? Its like eating something you’re allergic to even tho you know you shouldn’t eat it, and you still blame it on the food. How does that make any sense? If you don’t like to be challenged, then go play cookie clicker or sumthin like that
I like having th15 being much difficult than other town halls as it encourage players to plan attacks more rather than relying on spam and hoping for a three star. Only problem is that the defenses are a bit too strong for the average coc player to handle especially the rage spell tower
@@Off_tomuch what attack strat do you use ? I think the game is actually pretty balanced you’re supposed to be a elite player if you’re in legends league hence the title I think it’s good that not everyone is always 3 staring every attack

This is a problem because only planned out attack strategies will get you a 3 star in th15.
Strong bases needs high level of strategy to beat this, if you complain why it is OP then change your strategy not change the mechanics of the base just to favor your old strategy to beat the base with it. Even I am not good at using my own strategy, I don't complain for those bases to be that strong since it is made to be strong and it can be counter with the use of our brain, effective strategy for that base and any more, many of them were skill issue and needs to be trained.

Unfortunately, the problem is that the gap between a theoretically best defense and a copy-pasted defense, VS a theoretically best attack and a follow a guide attack, is too vastly different. Great video. I think you have it all right. As a result of finally having a TH16. They will be addressing some of the issues of TH15 by nerfing several things to make it easier.
Making a easy game easier isnt the solution. When a game is so easy 3 stars feels unstatisfying when ur defenses and layout dont mean shit. A harder game makes things fun and coc in th15 isnt even that hard. People complaining that they dont know how to play the game after spending years on it is crazy to me
It was the most hated because it is the first ever most difficult TH of all time, the "not all strategy will work on all bases" really proved by the TH15 era, but I'm starting to miss the challenge after the release of TH16, Im shitting alot on bases now, before TH16 I cant get pass through 5700+, now Im sitting at 6300+, I actually appreciated TH15 now.. The issue I think is the reward system which has been the same thing since the release of the game. Its all about 3 stars and when you dont get it, you "suck".
Yeah, th15 went out of control, nothing was balanced correctly. Nice to see the nerf on rage spell and TH poison, hope they got the defense ratios correctly or the new troop levels won't be all that, but sad to see how broken SF is going to be, infinite invis will be nerfed for sure. Plus still yet to see new troop
Truthfully, I think it should be hard to 3 star for the casual. If everyone 3 stars it’s not an interesting dynamic so it’s fun to see people to struggle to get a 3 so it’s actually exciting
Honestly back in my day in champion league there were attacks with 0 stars. A 3 star back then means you forgot your inferno tower outside the walls idk how anything but a 3 star is an unacceptable attack nowadays its stupid
Th15 didnt suck or fail. If you have the skill or expirience to 3 star one, go for it. Its a lot better than spamming e drags. Watch how the pros attack or learn on your own. Thats just my opinion since ill be th15 in 3 days. Also, spell towers getting a nerf soon aswell as other defense so that could help
Funny, in CWL we faced a rushed TH15 but with maxed key defenses (inferno, eagle, rage tower, scattershot). I attacked it (I have maxed Th13 troops except heroes). I was only barely able to get a 2 star even at so rush because of the rage tower and monolith like holy shit, I thought it was gonna be easy since it was rushed TH15 but no.
I thought og th15 was pretty solid. It made ur upgrades feel like they were worth something and made attacking harder and more engaging. It took out a lot of troop spamming and opened the door for a more strategy based game which is what COC is supposed to be
Literally just skill issues is why... For good reason ofc, th 15 was disgustingly hard at the start. I really like the monolith, and the spell tower is a *very* cool addition, but man, did they screw us so hard. Pro players should have ways to make the game harder, but that 99% of us really didn't thrive like they did.
Could’ve just nerf the defences instead of releasing TH16 much earlier. I feel like Supercell didn’t want to admit mistakes and trying to just get the cash grab solution👎 Supercell certainly forgot about the word ‘rebalancing’
I don't think 3 star attacks should be as common as they are. 1 star should be considered a win by the player, as it is considered by the game. 2 stars should be considered very good and 3 stars should be exceptional. These days it is impossible to get 0 stars if you are actually trying. You SHOULD be able to lose offensive battles.
As weird as TH15 is, TH14 was hideous, the walls are so ugly and the progression is soooo slow. TH15 feels fast paced and has fun troops. I’m loving playing it again
Poison spell from townhall is really deadly on troops especially when undersiege by towers, it incredibly slows movement and attack, that's why I always use eternal tome with rage on my wizard hero whenever the TH is going to be destroyed. So everything will run smooth
The problem is not the game being too hard. It’s the no skill dragon and e dragon spammers who haven’t bothered to learn anything new since th7 but who are so damn entitled that they want easy 3 stars from putting no effort into learning like it’s still th7
Th15 was the peak of Clash Of Clans Esports like even the High level players are getting an Average 85% 2 stars every single match and with no OP strats it was so fun to watch the esports scene at that time
As a th11 player I feel like it’s the opposite problem doesn’t matter what base design you have all they have to do is lightning your air defenses and spam their EDrags 0 skill 3 star
Average player here: Even outside of legend league where people dont have strong engineered pro bases, its still extremely hard to even get close to 3 stars with whatever army I used. Th15 needs to be nerfed hard
i prefer coc being balanced around pro play, is boring to see it if everyone 3 stars all the time... I also want my attacks to feel rewarding, right now if i dont 3 stars, its just a fail
I've been a TH15 for a few weeks now and was genuinely considering quitting the game. It's not fun anymore, it's just annoying. I'm not a pro player. I have no time, money or pacience to invest into becoming a pro player. It's baffling to me how they didn't factor their casual players (you know, the vast majority of their public) at all for this update.
Honestly, I was really excited to make it to Townhall 15 just because I really like the theme but I won’t be there for about six more months so I will never know the full frustration that a lot of players have gone through
Just loving your content, I have been binge watching your videos since 3 days, they are really really good, very good content and narration, keep it up!! ❤
Who said Town hall 15 was bad... I like it. I was able to destroy every Townhall 15 max with any army. Those who said that TH 15 was bad, they literally has skill issues
I find that highly doubtful. You might get 3 stars here and there, but more than 20% attacks being 3 stars is something you certainly aren't achieving, considering that's pro level
TH15 was what we were missing since the early days of TH11. The highest town hall with the strongest defences SHOULD be difficult to beat. I hate how many wars are decided by one 95+% fail. 3*ing a top level base should be an epic feat, that's when it's most rewarding. Nowadays it's just 3* or a miss. I remember the days watching TH9-11 wars where the TH10s would 2* all the 11s and 11s would dip triple the 10s because of the difficulty. Y'know, actual planning strategy. The rare moments where an 11v11 triple happened were some of the best moments of clash.
the thing i hate the most is how quickly new th comes out. still rmb those days where people are actually given time to upgrade to th10? nowadays it feels like a new th comes out before i can barely upgrade anything
Personally, towards the ends of th15 I started loving it more because I ended up getting a LOT more skilled in attacking. Now with the th16 update, attacking seems too easy
Th15's spell towers, monolith, and new troops are what brought to light many new strategies. Yes it might be a bit hard to get 3 stars often if you don't practice but that's just how the cookie crumbles (and logical). It's not the most hated town hall just one that you dislike because of learning difficulties.. . Not a pro player
Really didn’t think th15 was that bad. I still 3 star 20-30% of the time on max 15s in clan war and I’m not amazing at the game. It basically just forces you to learn how to attack (which shouldn’t be hard to do if you’ve played enough to even be th15)
I think they could fix Townhall 15, if we get a new hero that helps on the offensive side. I think a hero that reflects damage (as his ability) would be really cool
My main issue with th 15 is that aside from meta strats everything else was so weak. Some troops needed some big buffs to be competitive. Specifically miners and valks
Its one of thouse things that can go either way - too defensive and the game gets frustrating and unsatisfying, too offensive and it gets too easy and boring. I will say th15 was pretty defensive and there wasn't much in the way of very interesting attack stratagies or new troops. Titan was kinda underwelming and I never did see her used hardly at all.

If you don't want to have to put thought into the game then just stay at town hall 13. Heck town hall 15 now is going to become easy as well when 16 drops.
@@AndrewJackson77I think they should install one spell tower or two spell towers with no monoliths, that would balance the defences
Townhall 13 was a good balance id say. Like a medium hard difficulty. Except when blizzard was initally released.
Thank you
Regardless how tough th15 was, it made us better attackers.
You cant plan anything in the 30 sec scout no army change in multiplayer.
@@gracefulshi2106then skip it ?

@@Off_tomuch what attack strat do you use ? I think the game is actually pretty balanced you’re supposed to be a elite player if you’re in legends league hence the title I think it’s good that not everyone is always 3 staring every attack
@@miseryville attacks for th15 isn’t just spam and get 3 star. Also, Spam is the only thing that can work in most bases. For example, e drag spam is good and versatile for any compact base. Other more advanced attacks which can be planned out ahead on time in clan wars may not be versatile enough to use in multiplayer.
Nahthe th15 spells were just too unpredictable especially in legends league, u never know what to expect and even if u do, u are not sure how to go around it, each spell was insanely broken especially the rage back then, now since root riders came everything became easier

Saying that th15 was a failure just because it was too hard for you is one of the funniest arguments I’ve ever head
Fully agree with you, just because guys like him crying that th15 was hard supersell made th16 easy as i see in sneak peaks. Now they will spam edrags or rootriders on every base and will get triples, and then they will name th16 "the best townhall of all time"...clowns. Now i have 43 wins in a row in my clan that me and my teammates do by hard skill and good attacks at th15, 14, 13. And i now that the winstreak will end right when some stupid idiots will spam edrags at th16😢
yeah this channel is like that lol, just whining for everything new

@@addictedweeblet I’m sorry the game was ruined for you because it wasn’t easy enough🙁
The argument that th15 was too frustrating for the average player to play at and therefore threatening a massive player base of the game sounds like a stupid argument? You’re daft
Not gonna lie th15 was pretty hard for the first 6 or so months but as Legend players it forced me to get better and try new strategies. I went from a PB of 5890 (made during the th13 era) to a 6200 PB this September. Also I went from having an avarege finishing post of 6000 in the world to 3000 with a new best finishing place of 2234 in the world.
Th15 is/was the th for everyone to improve or to remain avarage or even worse shit.
man ur right same here
@@sarthakkadam7615 i have never been maxed because i left the game from time to time to focus on studies (mostly parental pressure) and so it pains me to see people spam and 3 star because i like to plan for my war attacks
it takes the competitiveness out of the game and at that stage, what's the point?
@@namishjain9238 how are you saying it takes the competitiveness out?
@@soralee1910normal gameplay is just shit below th14. Flame flinger does the work for you it could basically clear half of the base on its own at least with the assist of gw walk triggering traps, teslas, also taking fire from mortars, xbows. For different friendly war tournaments that communities do may have rules which could make even th10 more interesting, like no siege machine allowed or any troop or troop level above th10
Unfortunately, the problem is that the gap between a theoretically best defense and a copy-pasted defense, VS a theoretically best attack and a follow a guide attack, is too vastly different. So pro players will always have only slightly better bases than the average player, but have much better attacks
Yeah, the link for bases kind of destroyed the game in that way. In the past a casual player attacked a casual base and was therefore able to three star easily. This has changed now :(
@@NLX_n999if u play a game for years u better be decent 3 stars should be earned why u complaining. If 3 star is easy shits boring. Learn the game that u invested years in smh. Coc is easy as hell and people here crying about the game rewarding skill based play.
@@slurp3194 Well, now they just made the game easier in general. So pro players and casuals have to hit the same bases. So if casuals can triple these bases pro players almost don't fail. That would not have been the case if casuals kept their casual bases

absolutely a skill issue, if you have played the game long enough to even reach th15 you should be good enough by now casual or not lmao

And with th16 i hope something offense wise comes to the game. Like 5 hero levels aren't enough and I really don't wanna spend 9 hours to learn base layout with 200 different troops. I quit the legend league after 6 months of th15 and just played casual with superdragons at 5000-5200. And now i don't care about trophies anymore

This video is just basicly saying you suck at attacking a higher townhall level
Yeah, th15 went out of control, nothing was balanced correctly. Nice to see the nerf on rage spell and TH poison, hope they got the defense ratios correctly or the new troop levels won't be all that, but sad to see how broken SF is going to be, infinite invis will be nerfed for sure.
Plus still yet to see new troop
SF?
Cry
Truthfully, I think it should be hard to 3 star for the casual. If everyone 3 stars it’s not an interesting dynamic so it’s fun to see people to struggle to get a 3 so it’s actually exciting
But I like the whole purple theme 😢
I mean, the good side of this is that braindead e-drags spam won't be as efficient
Town Hall 16 has Giga-Inferno again.....
😒😒😒😒😒😒😒😒😒😒
Short answer: TH 15 didn't add any heroes.
people forget that almost every base in the game is designed by pros these days. Of course they'll be hard to 3 star
It took out a lot of troop spamming and opened the door for a more strategy based game which is what COC is supposed to be
Love you bro much love and support to you♥️
As a near max town hall 13, I don't think I have to worry about these problems soon 😅
I feel like Supercell didn’t want to admit mistakes and trying to just get the cash grab solution👎
Supercell certainly forgot about the word ‘rebalancing’
They lost like 10 million players in the last year so I think this is them trying to get them back
New siege?
New hero?
New pet?
Nerf the def?
wouldn’t it be a much better solution than rushing for TH16?

Th13 in Conner:- "Do I have to introduce myself?"
It's a shame because TH15 bldgs looks the coolest to me
Saaaame dude and I'm not even th15
The root riders made Townhall 15 a lot more enjoyable to be honest
Poison spell from townhall is really deadly on troops especially when undersiege by towers, it incredibly slows movement and attack, that's why I always use eternal tome with rage on my wizard hero whenever the TH is going to be destroyed. So everything will run smooth
me who only uses sneaky goblins for the past 4yrs
THE COST FOR UPGRADE AND TIME literally 95% of max storage capacity will be used for one single wiz arch or inf towrr upgrade
I’m at Th15 and I can count the amount of 3 stars I ever got. Th15 is for pro players bro💀
The problem is not the game being too hard. It’s the no skill dragon and e dragon spammers who haven’t bothered to learn anything new since th7 but who are so damn entitled that they want easy 3 stars from putting no effort into learning like it’s still th7
As a th11 I feel like casual player th15 is an oxymoron
Th15 was the peak of Clash Of Clans Esports like even the High level players are getting an Average 85% 2 stars every single match and with no OP strats it was so fun to watch the esports scene at that time
As a th11 player I feel like it’s the opposite problem doesn’t matter what base design you have all they have to do is lightning your air defenses and spam their EDrags 0 skill 3 star
normal players: th15 is so hard it's unfair
klaus: barch op asf * proceeds to get 3 star *
so u basically dont like th 15 beacause the highest level in a game that took +4 years for maxing it is too hard for "casual" people
Average player here: Even outside of legend league where people dont have strong engineered pro bases, its still extremely hard to even get close to 3 stars with whatever army I used. Th15 needs to be nerfed hard
Yooo the timing of this video was crazy 😂
Th16 looks so offensively unbalanced it’s not even funny 😂
still better than 16... it was challengig it was good...but now equipement made game easy and ruined it
i prefer coc being balanced around pro play, is boring to see it if everyone 3 stars all the time...
As a rushed thl15,i would suggest edrag spamming with 5 rages 1 freeze and funel sides, then siege the core with log launcher, easiest 2 starz
Honestly, I was really excited to make it to Townhall 15 just because I really like the theme but I won’t be there for about six more months so I will never know the full frustration that a lot of players have gone through
Coc was way good back when townhall didn't have defence and it would not take so many days for a defence upgrade
2:09 if u are at the state of unlocking those spell towers u aint a casual anymore
As a th15, my monolith combined with rage spell near scattershot will defend against anything
the thing i hate the most is how quickly new th comes out. still rmb those days where people are actually given time to upgrade to th10? nowadays it feels like a new th comes out before i can barely upgrade anything
TH15 might be the most hated but the overall design is very nice to look at. Unlike TH16 which is the shittiest
I don't get why people get mad at a Town Hall being hard to 3 stars af. You guys probably never experience a Clash of Clans before Electro Dragon.
It’s always annoying when game developers warp the game around the interests of the top 1% of players.
Thank God I just got to th14, the monoliths and spell towers look so intimidating
It basically just forces you to learn how to attack (which shouldn’t be hard to do if you’ve played enough to even be th15)
its ironic you say the players don't have time to learn the new stuff. Lol, if they have time to get to th15, they have time to learn
All i hear in this video sounds like "mad cuz bad"
It was hard until they introduced root riders and OG spell
townhall 15 is the most skillfull townhall, its not supercells fault nobody has braincells
as a th15, th15 was not a failiure, the failiure are the noobs that play this game with only 1 braincell
As another th 15 . I totally agree with you buddy !!🙏
Th15 was just way harder, it didnt sucked it was fun to play too, you just had to adapt
As a current TH15 I am loving it right now. Except the Monolith. I absolutely hate that thing
Bros saying anything with a ability is OP😭
Bruh skill issue, getting a 3 star just feels more impressive now as a th15
Ever since hero equipment and root riders anything is easy to 3 star
Not really, just harder than it should have been for regular players thats it
