Bro, just a suggestion (i have a CM friend who gave me this suggestion) use notebook and pen instead of whiteboard, your speed will significantly increase.
Thanks for the advice but I would also want to share with you guys how I brainstorm and my flow of thinking. In real contest I still use paper and pen.
You can see in the description, I usually copy the link their. For the solution, I usually just read the tutorials right in codeforces, it is on the low right hand side of the problem, you can find it there
