I see Coach Blacks heart literally bursting for these girls. Thanks for answering questions, I think that gave me a better insight to the coach's perspective. I think the girls tried to give their best answers but they were kinda "we're on the spot say what the viewers might like to hear" answers, which is great but only if they truly believe and apply them. I see Coach Blacks love for these girls oozing from her and I just hope they understand how lucky they are and they will start giving the respect. It's okay to goof off and have fun but when 5-6-7-8 is called it's business time. I'm hoping as a viewer to see a time when the respect is given and we can see those fun, silly moments transition into business routine moments then back to the silly moments but all done with respect for other members of the team and the coaches. Franklin gave good insight into saying viewers are right, some times, but its hard as a teen to be told advice and then implement it without being sour for being called out in the first place. I hope you all realize most viewers are invested in you and really do want you to succeed. By happenstance I stumbled on these videos and I am now so happy to watch you all grow and climb to the top. You can do it but only if you want it enough girls! Keep going and put your shoes on :)!

great ideas !!! i think that if the coaches engage in the team off of the mat and learn discipline in smaller/basic things (wearing shoes, color themes like you mentioned, being quiet when told to be, being ready to perform, not slouching when waiting for stunt to begin, no phones at all during practice, no distractions, not doing the most for the camera, etc.) they will expand that discipline across to their stunts and being on the mat ! like coach black said, discipline will flow naturally once it is shown in others areas💛💙. this team’s potential is thru the roof and i really do enjoy watching them . i get excited everytime i see they have a video coming up !

So glad y’all were able to do this Q&A and address some things. Appears that most of the team gets what people are talking about when it comes to respect. No one needs to be lectured or yelled at because everyone there already knows the people that are there to work and those that take it as a joke. Y’all got to hold each other accountable to all this silly stuff like shoes, clothes, showing up and being on time.
We don’t see everything and I think this Q&A helped the coaches realize that the team isn’t ready or doesn’t know how to turn it on and off when it comes to playing around. Even so, these coaches have life experience and know what it takes to become something in this world. For them to welcome you into their gym, homes and their lives is priceless and for some to not respect them is a slap in the face. Y’all better thank her and appreciate a woman like that because a lot don’t have someone like that. I come from a very privileged life and wish I had someone like her to be there for me and give me hard love when I needed it when I was in middle/high school. Don’t take it for granted. I like these videos. I appreciate the coaches taking the time out to have these conversations. We as viewers are rooting for y’all. We want the best for y’all and we see that y’all can do it but y’all not applying yourselves and that’s frustrating as a viewer so I can only imagine how it feels to be on the team. This is our first season with y’all so we don’t know how y’all usually perform, we only just getting to know y’all and we only know what y’all showing us. I don’t think the comments (at least most of them) are meant to be harsh in any type of way like I said we just want y’all to do what we know y’all can do. Like y’all said, y’all go into competitions with that stigma already so prove them wrong. You can’t prove them wrong when y’all in practice half assin all the time. You should be wanting to approve and grow your skills not be stuck at the same skill level. It’s okay to play and have fun at practice but not when y’all as a team can’t hit all the stunts or tumbling, looking lost and confused during your dance ain’t no room for play when you haven’t done what you came to do.

The thing is an an athlete when I was young. We'd just run and I mean run if we weren't dressed properly. And I mean extra practices to just run. So I'm think maybe just make certain kids run when they're in the wrong and I mean run. Not around a mat but maybe call all the kids out to a track one day of the week extra practice. Keep track with marks for how many time you speak to certain kids. And let them run. And let the team watch. Or so certain workouts.
So everyone's conditioning but use the time to hold certain kids accountable. Bc it's not fair for everyone to be punished. It's a team but some members don't act like a team so let them run.

Yall have to understand it's a time to play and a time to be serious. The Coaches could be laughing telling jokes and everything, but yall should know them enough when they say turn it off time to work that's what it is. Then if they all work no play everyone is going to swear they're soooo mean when the Coaches don't want that. I must say that even though the girls are quite young their confidence isn’t very high, always giggling when asked a question stumbling on how to answer it, considering they have been on cameras a few years now I thought they would be comfortable speaking and conducting themselves accordingly instead of shying away it seems at times. They are old enough now so should know how to conduct themselves, but sorry coach you have to take some of the responsibility for their behaviour because you are the one there whist training taking place and cameras rolling, maybe get someone in to teach them how to be confident and act when cameras on them . The lady in the black T-shirt got an amazing personality very calm I think she would be good for the girls to engage with.

However yes race affects everything. So ppl talking about them etc does mess with the mental. But coach t is right. They will experience in every arena so preparing them is the best way to go.
