NZ house prices are still overvalued. Once the Australian market drops from its peak this will be highlighted even more so. With no economic growth in sight and a fleeing population I would be very skeptical about property growth. Unless the immigration door is flung wide open again I cant see it logically happening and if it does the demographic of NZ will be shifted forever and identity changed. New Zealand just wont be the same anymore
