Have you tried using AJ Simmons calculator . It’s pretty accurate when you are bidding . I also watch this guy name Rick Brown he made a video and gave the amount you should bid for the time you will spend cleaning. I landed my contracts like this . I hope this help . A friend of mine built his window cleaning/power washing business this way.
He went from 40 to 500 clients in less than 3 years

I have my own lead generation department. We only service commercial buildings. We stay away from residential.
