200gm (1 cup) caster sugar
90gms (1/2 cup) yogurt
90gms (1/3 cup) buttermilk
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 eggs
270gms (2 cups) all purpose flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
Bake at 185c for 20 minutes
