Thank you for showing how to de-cock. I bought this last year and promptly went out and bagged a deer on the first trip. I couldn't remember the de-cocking process and didn't want to wing it. (It is a good idea to show these crossbows some respect) Thanx Again!
Wow hopefully this will change the game in the market. We need these features at a cheaper price. Compact, portable, powerful, affordable, and most of all SAFE! Excellent video! You're making it hard to save up for the Ravin R29x
I just picked one of these up and man I’m impressed. It was either this or the Ravin r26x but the siege just felt so much more natural to hold and it was 200 cheaper. From the shop it was hitting exactly where aimed didn’t aim at the same spot twice as I figured it would break a bolt.
here's a dumb question, i currently have an excalibur micro 335, it's almost 5 years old, i love it, i don't need another bow, but tenpoint bows are top shelf, besides not being able to change strings unless i have a press, how often would i have to get it tuned if i had this siege or any modern tenpoint,, thank-you
Anyone have troubles with their siege. Mine has bolt dragging on left side of channel causing damage to bolts and erratic flight. It is one of the models with the overspeed limbs

@@aaronmillersoutdooradventures Good used trucks are hard to find around here. Either they are way overpriced or in need of some major repairs. Looks like you found a diamond in the rough. I'd keep that 150 and use it until it dies a peaceful death. A reliable truck ranks right up there with your favorite deer rifle or bow/crossbow!
Please go over your favorite scopes with ease of use. I don't want a huge advantage where it's unfair to the game. But with Crossbows, I shoot a Hawke xb30 compact and I like it. But it has one issue the increments for SPEED to set the scope to speed are every 25fps. So Dialing it in isn't that hard. But getting it exact is very hard. I am also partially color blind so say green-lit scope on green grass nearly impossible to see, Black etching unilluminated at early hours i.e the break of dawn is nearly impossible to see. Curious what scope you'd recommend for someone with my unique situation. Besides Garmin Xero. I wish I could afford Garmin Xero and I am looking for a super comfy light crossbow with major knockdown power. My sweet spot was always around 31-32 inches in length. I shot the XR410 but the trigger sucked & I passed. The S440 being only a few inches longer I expected to be just as easy to shoot as the S400. It wasn't with my Disease of Primary Lateral Sclerosis. Too much front weight can cause my aim to waver & not every hunting scenario will allow a bi-pod or a tri-pod. I wish Ten-Point would take a not from Excalibur Assaisan Stocks and give add a chin rest adjustment & length adjustment built into but stock, especially on these compact crossbows. At their Price point, It should come integrated too. Then For bows like their S440 Take a Note from Barnett add a flip out on the bottom of the buttstock to wedge in the armpit on their long compact compound Crossbow. These are Simple Ergonomics that the top brand should either build in or offer adapters for cheek rest. But For sure Are needed. Originally Crossbows were for the disabled, but they have gotten away from that & become widely accepted. That's awesome newer cooler bows. But I feel not one bow has it all. But I haven't shot the RS440 or RS470 yet. So we will see. thanks for any and all help and hearing my Ideas maybe you can pass em on to Tenpoint.
What is the purpose cranking it back three times after the trigger box is locked back? Does that deactivate the clutch? Will it fire if you don’t do that and will it damage the bow?
What i stupid mechanism to cock the bow. In this day of age we have electricity not ? Why not use a little 18 volt little motor build in the crossbow ? With a detachable accu. Like Makita, Dewalt, Milwauke and so on ? Today a crossbow should have to be able to cock with the push of a button. And also with the use of a magazine that can atleast 3 arrows. And not by hand. That uses way to much time.

Great review again and another super crossbow from Tenpoint!

Thats so oddly similar to how I just came to purchasing the siege
What an absolute tack driver I love this bow ...best over ever shot
Great looking bow. For some reason I’ve not been to thrilled about 16” arrows or quills if you will. I’d rather go 20”.
Should have shown the group.
What a beautiful xbow! That ones worth saving for
How about showing the 3 shot group???

Will the 410 fit in the Halo Bag wit that particular foot stirrup?
To answer my own question, YES. I just purchased both
Which bog pod is that? Getting the wife the siege for Christmas and want to get that tripod too.
That’s an awesome bow and mounting for a tripod! What’s the mounting system????
Were are you located ? Always show your group !
Do you have any in stock?
What target can handle these arrows at 20 yards without burying to the fletching?
Anyone have troubles with their siege. Mine has bolt dragging on left side of channel causing damage to bolts and erratic flight. It is one of the models with the overspeed limbs
So... show the group?
To lazy to walk up to it i suppose.
Question that arrow is it 400 grains including the field point/ brosdhead or 400 gr by itself
For this model i can use a 20 inch bolt?
Does the Siege model have an extendable cranking handle?
Look like it’s got a little kick to it, especially your first shot!
The first shot you don't know what to expect. But it's barely any kick at all once you settle into it. I got mine last week and love it
The moment you pull the triger, it's beyond your control like everything else.
Nice
How much and where can I get that Bi Pod?
You can get them cheaper on gunbroker.com aluminum or carbon fiber I got mine from there for I think 149$
“Great price point”
Costs as much as my truck
You must be driving a rusty clunker...............LOL!

Taking three turns out lets the trigger box down just a little bit to sit on the trigger lock latch, it does not deactivate the clutch.
