The baby Krabs flashback with the coin on a string was actually the Krusty Krab Training Video, in which Mr. Krabs’ backstory and the Krusty Krab’s origin got explained.
Truth or Square was an anniversary special where Squidward, SpongeBob, Patrick, and Mr. Krabs were got trapped in the freezer of the Krusty Krab.
I won’t deny you know your stuff tho, you were correct, just had the wrong episode. There’s so many that there’s a lot to keep track of. Not to mention, you were factually correct in recognizing every other reference.
Also, the FNAF: Sister Location cutscenes from the Custom Night update, the 8-bit Purple guy cutscenes that show what happened after the scooping, that was Micheal Afton, not William.

Pearl being taken was a Reference to Elizabeth afton, who was lured by circus baby ( after disregarding her fathers wishes of avoiding the animatronic ) and killed by a claw that shot from circus baby’s stomach compartment or stomach hatch, which dragged her in and ended up killing her, which lead to her possessing circus baby, Afton is also seen to neglect and even HIT his daughter according to the graphic novels, that was also why Mr krabs most likely talked about loving his daughter.
