I just had some spectacular detroit style frozen pizza and I must say, there really is nothing better than some nicely cooked delicious food.

Minute I heard that crunch followed by the "interesting", I knew it was a mid to high-7. After years of watching these reviews, we can predict based on many factors!

Marions Piazza on Old Dixie is the family tradition. Been there forever and a great place to hang out. Had my Mom's funeral lunch there the staff were very helpful

I don’t think he’s ever given a Neapolitan a score above the low 7’s before. Typically they’re in the mid to high 6’s.

What a great owner getting his people involved and giving them credit. As someone who lives in Ohio I’ve never heard of a Midwest Neapolitan but I’ll be making a 3 hour drive this summer. That pizza looked incredible and had to be in the 8’s.

Dayton is loaded with killer pizza spots, just like every city in America. It's truly hard to fuck up a pizza. People still happily eat a $1.29 Totino's.

Old Scratch is a great quality pizza in Dayton. Not as old as Marion's or with the history, but over time will become that spot for newer generations. I hope Dave was able to stop in Giovanni's and try their pizza. Totally Dave's style of pizza! Having grown up on Marion's pizza and having eaten at Old Scratch I have to admit Giovanni's pizza stole my heart and pizza loyalty away from Marion's.
Hopefully that aint the same Giovanni's that's down in portsmouth. That's a greasy, floppy mess.

I was in the military and had the opportunity to try a lot of pizza from all over the world, i was even stationed in new york !! I have to say 575 pizza in AMARILLO, TX IS THE BEST IVE EVER HAD!

My dads side of the family are from Kettering, where this is, had it last time I was there and it's a solid 8. They have cool specially pizzas, and they are cheap, like $10 for a small pie like in the video. Marians is also great, they my Dad used to eat there growing up haha.
I have a glass they sell with the logo too.

Seems like they don't use fresh mozarella which has a lot of moisture and generally leads to classic Neapolitan pizza often being a little soupy in the center.

Hey Dave right now in Las Vegas for 3 days we have a pizza convention and a competition at the Las Vegas convention center every year and I encourage you as someone who works there to come by and check it out before it disappears if possible. If not look up the Las Vegas pizza convention it happens Every year and I think you would really get a kick out of it.

The best thing about this pizza is that it is in Ohio, which is next to Pennsylvania where you can find VILLA COMO PIZZA at Lake Como in the Poconos. The only reason to eat ANY pizza in Ohio or Pennsylvania is to whet your taste buds for Villa Como.
