Beyond the obvious problem of dying around corners and netcode...
1. Add a Mercenary playlist or party indicators in the lobby
2. Rework Echelon's Intel Suit
3. Disable faction abilities in TDM
4. Add additional flinch to snipers
5. Remove the map DUMBO from the game
6. Remove player-on-player collision with teammates
7. Allow no more than 2 instances of any given faction per team
8. Add a button prompt to remove the Spiderbot
9. Change Phantom's passive from Extra Health to a Flak Jacket style ability
10. Kick AFK players twice as quickly as they're kicked now

Dumbo is my favorite map lol I think echelon HQ is straight up dog water tho. Everything else in the list is spot on tho! I’d also add making The Cleaners incendiary drone slower to throw.
@trevormason6717 I mean, they could tell me they removed DUMBO and instead just straight-up lie and actually remove Echelon HQ, and I'd honestly be happy with that, too.
Cleaners drone is fine as it is, I think. There's already no practical reason to play as them since one ability is just a panic-explosion, and their incendiary rounds are pretty garbage outside of being paired with marksman rifles. So nerfing their drone would just be kicking them when they're already down.

Don’t get me wrong XDefiant is not a bad game. Is it a COD killer, no. But as long as the developers keep updating good news for people that like this game and listen to problems people have with it then it’s a win for everyone. Mark is doing a tremendous job with XDefiant. Need more people like him in the gaming Industry.
I left it due to TTK. Mag dumping someone only to have them turn to me and kill me in a couple shots, while they have 1hp left. Far too many such cases.

its the hit detection. it makes the ttk seem higher than normal. it is a high ttk but the hit reg makes it feel higher.

Sucks too cause when the hit detection is functioning good, the game plays great but then I agree when it’s being goofy it just makes me want to get off…
TTK is perfect, its a skillgap not the non sense we have in insta killing like cod
Fix the netcode and dying around corners. Fix bullets fly through players and still stand.
for real bro, they said it has been fixed the net code but for me after the update they made it worst.

I love what this game is trying to do & will support it. I always loved Battlefield, but it's impossible to sign in for some stupid authentication process that makes you change your password, doesn't work, & has no work thru. Makes me skeptical of companies abilities to make things work right. If EA can't get right...
i love Xdefiant more and more i play honestly been killing it lately.
Spider bot should be altered so it doesn’t jump on your face and just maybe shocks your body so you can still have a chance to counter maybe. Or take it out the game lol
I don't like the movement its kinda slow but i'm starting to get used to it, I wish they would add a death cam. The audio needs a tune up, guns should be a little bit more punchy they all kinda sound the same, theres been a few time where my sound would cut out half way through a magazine making me think it was empty.

I was the guy who damn near went viral for bashing the bunny hopping in this game. Dr Disciple lol. But since that tweet i spent $200 on a duel sense edge controller and became the bunny hopping nerd. I can play either way. But i have to admit I’ve won too many gunfights with the bunny hop cheese

Anyone who only sees the positive in this game or any game can’t be trusted. They need to fix some things but overall the game is solid.
Some things I would rework is the intel suit it’s too strong but they nerfed it today. Phantoms shield which also got a rework, more modes. A no ability playlist, 5v5 ranked. Better stats page
The movement feels to loose, doesn't feel tight enough. And when you are hitting enemies, it's like u don't feel any real impact. And it just feels like u barely are getting hit and u are already dead but it takes u forever to take an enemy down. Too many unexplained deaths.
1: the maps needs restrictions,in this game almost all the players go around the map to take you from behind😆, even in escort mode
2 high gun recoil and long ttk is a bad combination,is not fun to have both at the same time
3 sniper damage should be cut to half because noboby have a chance against them,in all the other games you can kill them easily because you dont need hundreds of bullets to kill a sniper like here(in cod or battlefield is easy to take them out)guns have less recoil and lower ttk,here the sniper player dont need to panic when you start shooting at him
4 spectator mode is needed , to be able to gather evidence to report cheaters
5 abilityes must be limited to one use per life(spawn)
6 free for all mode
7 the red dot from reflex sight needs to be more visible
8 hip fire needs a little more accuracy
these are my opinions, so i ask the lgbtq community to stop jumping on my neck with hate and fanatism to kill me, because i have a different opinion from theirs 🤡
I like the game. I want to love it, but I just cant LOVE IT because of two simple reasons. Weapon balance, and Broken Movement Exploits, and if just one of these things were fixed, I don't think the other would be an issue. We'll start with movement exploits as you already know I'm talking about B-Hopping. I'm not against people utilizing the movement of the game, especially if b-hopping was intended from the developers from the beginning but the jump physics in this game just are not natural and it makes it almost impossible to track. In real life, and almost any FPS up until now, when you jump in a direction, you have to complete that jump in the direction you started moving. In XD you can start to jump in one direction and mid air start moving in a different direction, and because of this unnatural physics, it makes it near impossible to track a target whose jumping around like a crack addict, I don't care how good you are at FPS. As far as weapon balance, guns like the SMGs take like 8, 9, sometimes 10 SHOTS to kill in this game and when compared to other weapons that is just way too slow. It makes it pointless to use anything other than ARs, Snipers, LMGs, and various Meta Weapons and that gets very repetitive and boring after a short amount of time. So that, combined with the screwed up jump physics spam, just makes the game really hard to enjoy sometimes. I'm sorry but when someone is jump spamming and moving with moon physics, and it takes me 8-10 shots to kill him with my MP5, I'm gonna lose that gunfight 90% of the time.

Bro what? The mp7 and p90 are the best guns in the game.
The only movement skillgap in games like its always been is strafing, anything else is just exploits that ruins the game, spam sliding/jumping doesnt belong in any game
@@1div2agent74 The MP7 definitely shreds. Not a big fan of the P90 though personally. But even still therein lies my issue. If I wanna run SMG I Don't want to just run around with the MP7 the entire life of the game. It gets boring and repetitive just using the same "Meta" gun non stop. I want to be able to experiment with different weapons and various attachment combinations and in XDefiant I just don't feel like I can comfortably do that.
They either needed to keep back a few maps from the beta, or at least prepared a new map for May 21 lauch, and 3 more maps for day 1 of season 1, then 1 a month after that. Content will erase boredom quickly. Getting kills, building up a streak to get fire bombed or spider bitten...😂
The abilities should be locked behind progression rather than time, and healing needs to be faster! Make the abilities kinda like kill streaks, and have a few set for 4, 8 abd 15 kills or something... The potential is ridiculously good if they choose to do right by the game.
Netcode. Jump and crouch is still spammed and to be completely honest it’s only takes one jump to mess with that. Sweaty players aren’t good for free to play games longevity considering most gamers nowadays can only play casually. I want to enjoy shotguns but you might as well be covering one of your nostrils and sneezing out the other at them. I don’t think they have any clue how calibers and rifling works cause some weapons for sure shouldn’t be as strong as they are compared to others. If you know anything about guns and take a look at the MDR it’s a prime example of them not knowing what bullpups are capable of. The game has genuine potential but they need to figure things out. You also can’t shoot the spiderbot at all anymore if it latches on. They got rid of that.
What I would change to keep playing I mean me personally I would introduce a 8v8 objective based only type of chaos mosh pit type of mode that’s what I would change

Add mute from R6 Siege and the ability to tilt with aim by pressing L3 or R3 while in ADS mode you can do in R6 Siege and R6 MObile.......however, I never stopped playing the game and don't plan to, I'm just saying, both of those really need to be added
Game performance has taken a hit with each update, fps drops, in-game latency, the famous netcode fixes that persistently make my netcode worse! Patches: 324, 332, 341, 346 and 347 all have progressively worse netcode. The last one tanked my fps an average of 65 frames. It feels like all of their server providers are marching to their own drum, they dont feel like they are on the same page. Patience is the skill we all need, to what end i am not sure, unfortunately.
Its a good game but it does need to be balanced better and there needs to be hard counters to abilities. More flinch and sway nerfs and more netcode
My biggest issue with this game is the sensitivity on mouse and keyboard just doesnt feel right its hard to get into couse of this but its not a bad game i have fun but its very unbalanced
I don’t play on m&k but I’ve been hearing this a lot about this. Sounds like something they need to look into
@@ogGILMOURRR it has gotten better since the game was in beta and launched but its still a lil wonky but they are doing a great job fixing the game and dping what the community thinks is better
@@shanemogaming This is something I've noticed as well. Recently moved to PC and played XDefiant. Then I switched over to 2042 and played that and ever since then, playing XDefiant feels really off on mouse and keyboard. Not sure what it is, but something is wonky.
@@theitechlab yeah theres somethin weird in the way it feels and 2042 has also had a issue on mouse as well so thats gotta tell u somethin if u feel like its better on there
First and foremost, the net code/hit detection/servers need to be VASTLY improved. I also wouldn't mind seeing some kind of "overkill" variant, so you can carry two primaries i.e... you can run an AR for mid to long range fights, and a shotty for the CQC. Or a sniper and a smg as your backup weapon
However, I have to disagree with nerfing the cleaner operator and his incendiary ammo. I've actually experienced the opposite. I think the incendiary rounds don't do quite enough damage. I mean maybe that would change if the net code got better. But as of right now, I think the incendiary rounds could use a tiny buff if anything. Or just stay the same with no changes.
All of these newer sweats should go try COD4: MW! See how long they last with no bunny hopping and booty sliding! Just the basics; walking, running, crouching, and prone. Then we can say to them; "Skill issue! Git Gud!" 😂

I believe electronic arts is way up there as Activision is but I can tell you I have a gut feeling if only there were brave people that would take the medal of Honor franchise and revive it and do it right they could give call of duty a run for their money but nobody's that smart to think about things like that they just rather keep it collecting dust.
Add a mode with less health 👌
All they gotta do is fix the desync issues and the game will be exactly what it needs to be. But I wouldn't conplain about a PvE mode similar to the OG MW3s survival mode. If the game is to last I think giving people the option to take a break from the intense multiplayer is a smart choice.
Another mode would definitely help or even a campaign.
Something where we could still level up the battlepass if we want a break from the sweats that take videos games too seriously would be beautiful

Bunny hopping and one shot sniper body/foot/arm shots...if bunny hopping is a skill then ill never get it that badge.
Yea the game skins suck right now but i have faith that they will get better. So if we want this game to succeed at least buy some coins and just don’t use them til later when you find something you like
Hmmm I can think of some things that might help a bit to improve the experience like for starters redesigning the detailed weapons stats chart. Whenever I want to see how my weapons are handling with recoil or range I can never understand it cause I was never the best when it comes to understanding stuff that’s very hard for me to concentrate on. And my second one would be for the bios of the attachments for the weapons would be in the custom loadout tabs instead of them only being in the leveling system without having to finish a match or choosing random ones till you think you found the right feel for them. Other then those two nitpicks I think that’s all the stuff I wish that I would like to see change when ever that might be

The flying Neos from Matrix are ridiculus... and also the flying snipers that one shot kills everything fix netcode im fed up dying around corners..Bunny hopping and flying snipers are killing the game fast pretty soon only bunnies are left because casual players are leaving the game in large numbers..i wonder whats left in 3-6 months or when they release season 2...

That result was 1 full match 1 quarter match and the final match lasting 3 mins the rest was waiting time and yes had crossplay and input based play on...

To me XDefiant is pretty mid at best like yeah I get it it has NO SBMM and that's great it's nice to not play sweats 24/7 and it truly does have that arcade feel to it but I think that's all it really has COD just has that feeling of satisfaction in almost everything gameplay wise and with XDefiant Im just bored most of the time bc it feels almost soulless I get a Lil bit of dopamine every kill I get in COD and it feels great but XDefiant I feel nothing I do think it is a decent alternative to play when you want a break from COD but I still see no reason to play it over COD completely like yes COD would be better if their was no SBMM and if they would actually listen to the community about stuff and just be transparent with us but let's get over it it's not going anywhere and nothing can ever kill COD except itself and it will never die bc it's still king of fps no matter how dumb skins get or the buisness choices they make at the end of the day we will still play it because nothing out there is like it and no one else comes close
if cod fixes their matchmaking system this game may die. yes the skins are incomparable. even though one is a paid game and the other is free to play. the reason bunny hopping is rampant is because there is no penalty really. and the biggie is it messes up the hit detection even more.

I will pick xdefiant with its issues over cod sbmm sure will demand fixes this game need asap I won't defend it blindly but yet I'm absolutely sure I'd rather play xdefiant and drop shit loads of money at ubisoft than play Bo6 with sbmm even if THEY pay me . Xdefiant need fixes in netcode it's very bad at times , the balance . Echelon activate wallhack for A WHOLE TEAM every 30s the spiderbot freeze me for a half sec before it jump on me it's bugged yeah game needs a lot of work but they got my full support

Xdefiant isn't really all that great,but it is more fun than MWIII, that's not saying much though. The problem I have with the whining COD community in comparing things to the older titles, just go back and play those older games, they are still playable.

@ogGILMOURRR black ops 4,WW2 and Cold War still have an active player base,personally when I need a COD fix I play those. The cheating is in every FPS.
I stop playing after week one. Was going crazy playing obj and slaying. But once i saw ppl crying about b hoping and the devs catering to them saying a nerfs coming i stop playing dame day.
