Dune covers much songs and most of them are even more beautiful than the original one! Like Nothing compares from Sinead 'o Connor... Verena does it so much better on that one! Only this one from Phil Collins shouldn't be covered.. Although Verena has the most beautiful voice of the world, this song belongs to Phil. But still. I love Dune forever! :-D
But this is the voice of Tina Lagao. Verena wasn't kicked out of the band, she just didn't wanted to be the model for another singer anymore. She tried it with a solo project, where she could sing for the first time by herself ("Finally alone, yes, I do it by myself..." 😉). The Dune project didn't had a future anyways. Happy Hardcore was at its end and this style with the orchestral music just worked once with "Who Wants To Live Forever".
@@Queron81 You are wrong, Verena was the singer on 2 albums, "Expedicion" (happy hardcore) and "Forever" (orchestral cover versions), she was kicked out of the band after "Forever" in a fight because of Oliver's girlfriend's jealousy. Tina was the singer on the first album "Dune" (with distorted voice) and the fourth album "Forever and ever". (also orchestral covers) Verena sang all her songs herself and was never just a model moving her lips (this isn't Frank Farian 😁), there are clearly recognizable differences between Verena's and Tina's voices.
@@damonos Just revert the pitched vocals of all songs from the first two albums and you will hear Tina's voice. Pitch the songs of the second classic album and you will hear the typical Dune voice (from "Are You Ready To Fly" till the songs of the first classic album). It's really obvious, especially because the voice in "Can't Stop Raving" is the exact same voice like in the songs of the second album. It was always Tina's pitched voice, Verena was only engaged as a dancer for live shows. And if you listen to Verena's solo songs, you will clearly hear a different voice (pitched or not pitched). There were a bunch of acts in the 90's with ghost singers and beautiful girls moving their lips to this voices. That's why there is not a single recording of them singing live even once.
@@Queron81 Yeah, it's clear, we have a new Milli Vanilli scandal here, it's just strange that nobody but you has noticed. I stick to it, Tina sings on album 1 and 4, Verena on album 2, 3 and 5, also on her solo album, the voices of Tina and Verena are clearly distinguishable.
Most beautiful love moments of my life are connected to this song and entire album Forever.
It was more than 20 years ago
This orchestra is everything..
Likely the London Symphony Orchestra. Extremely capable players. Good arrangement too.

TE EXTRAÑO MUCHO ALEJANDRA
Why did it have to end? 😢😢😢
Never will💞🎶
Verena has a great voice for ballads, it's a shame that she was kicked out of the band, this ruined the project Dune completely.
she wasnt kicked out, the doors were and are always open for her to come back.
