I was at a springtime RV Show pre-covid and a brand new LG MAX was $30,000 MSRP. At the time, I thought that was high. 😂 It’s a Bad time for me to be looking for a new RV. I won’t buy the same Trailer now for $50,000. It’s price gouging. And the dealers are all doing it for as long as they can ride the COVID wave.

@@kal7049 yeah they have sky rocketed in price now. Just research them you’re see they are around $50,000. I’m looking for a 2016. But if I can’t find one I’ll go on buy new! I don’t wanna tow anything large.
I really wanna tear out the dining area and get someone to build out a long cabinet with a lip on the front to keep anything from falling off. . With drawers for extra storage! Have a flip up table top on the side that I can take down any time I don’t need it.

You have no idea of how much help your video has given me in my preparation for our pickup of our new 2022 LGM. We are picking it up and doing a 3 day weekend near the dealer on April 7th. I love all your storage and comfort set ups and will use most of them in my LGM. I love your videos and look forward to all the new ones. Chris’s video on the storage area was the greatest help. You are both so organized and you know what you are doing! Love you both.

This is a really nice trailer. This older model has way more storage in it than the newer models. I love the pop up TV as well. Easily have it on if you're watching a cooking show and cooking something. Very cool. You two have done a good job of utilizing the storage space and adding little things. Excellent job you two!

Wow, another awesome video...and so jelly you can park it in the driveway, our HOA only gives us 2-3 days before we park it back in storage. Chris, bought the storage/batt box based on your video, thanks!
Thanks Elio! We dont keep it in our driveway for long periods. We have a covered storage spot. But we can keep it in the driveway for as long as necessary to make updates and repairs as needed. Good luck on your front box install. I think you will be pleased with the results. Please post pics if you can.
Love how you did the sink cover (we did the exact same thing in the same place!). On your clothing closet. What is the metal "L" bracket at the bottom of the door for? Dont ya just love the clean up after a trip? I'm glad I did that when we got home last week though. Found that the drain in the shower had separated from the grey tank! Water everywhere under the Max. First appointment isnt until May 10th!!!
Oh no!!! Did you have other trips planned in April or the first part of May? I hope it is a quick repair.
We had a small leak around the star gazing window, so Chris had to seal around the red lights on the outside above the window. We believe that did the trick. 🤞
The L shaped thing on our closet door are just felt strips.
Wonderful job with everything. I had just mentioned last night that we hadn't seen a video from you guys and hoped all was well after your vacation. Now I see you were just very busy. We are STILL waiting on our Max, but it should be next week or so. So we are gathering up ideas and you are the best. Really love the new wall paper. Where did you get the cargo netting and how are the "knife racks" attached?
So excited for you. It's getting closer!👏👏👏 We got the bungees at Harbor Freight; they are bike helmet bungees. The knife bars are screwed into the wood. We love those magnets.

Lots great ideas on decorating. I have couple questions. 1. Why did you put the privacy contact paper inside the shower door? Does the steam from the shower affect it? 2. How's the space for 2 people? Ever felt crowded? Thanks for the cool video

One question, how hard is it to pull the gray tank valve. I saw one video and they said it is very hard to open. Thanks!
We've never had any issues with the gray tank valve. Good luck on your search. 👏👏👏👏
Very nice and efficient setup. Thanks for sharing. We have the 400. Chose that one due to the ducted and quiet AC and the great bathroom. You do have so much more storage and more windows. To compensate on the lack of storage, we opted to get a van to carry all our “stuff” as we now have ebikes that we want to take along our travels.

We just ordered our Max and will receive it this summer! Loved all you organizing and mods. So the wall paper that came with the Max bubbled? I love the paper you put up! Will it just peel off as easily as it went up?
I am also curious to see how the moisture of the shower effects the film you placed on the door.
Are the boxes you cut down from Lowes too? That was an awesome idea. It looks so clean and organized. Do the lights up there get hot??

Yay! Congrats on your Max! Our Max is a 2019. Yes, the wallpaper or covering that came in the Max originally started bubbling on the corners. I believe the new paper will peel off easily when I decide to change it out. I'll keep you updated about the contact paper in the shower. The boxes above the table were from Lowes in 2018. I remember measuring every cubby and writing the measurements down and also taking my measuring tape with me to all of the stores when I started container shopping. No, the lights don't get hot at all. 👏 We use the ambient lighting a lot at night instead of the overhead lights.

I love all the storage in the little max but I ended up going with the tab400…I wish I had more storage though but that just means I need less stuff. 😂 thank you for posting the list of items you used in your modification…I needed two of those items. ❤️✝️

Thank you!!!! ❤ We haven't had any issues using the phones with the magnets. We have android phones. Most of the holders sold in stores for your car are magnetic also.

I had found out about Beddys from your video awhile back and ordered one but unfortunately I lost my 14 year old Katie pug 2-12-21 and it has devastated me so much that I’ve gotten sad and depressed and haven’t touched the little guy Max and it sits winterized out in my Daddy’s welding shop... I’m trying to shake the sadness by drawing close to God but it’s overwhelmed me, I miss sweet Katie deeply....

Spring of 2021 was $36,000 at RV Show
Now I see $40,000 in Fall 2021 for 2022 model.
Not worth $40,000
Cons - has a wet bath, no bathroom sink, no medicine cabinet, small fridge/freezer, have to bring your own extra step for the outside door.
I realize the footprint is small. LG put a larger fridge with separate freezer in the 2022 LG mini. They should do that for the Max also.
Wow! That's a big jump! Everything seems to have gone up in price. I know the demand is high also.
What kind of bedding do you use? Is it Beddy's? And the queen size fits well? Just bought our Little Guy Max and can't wait!
CONGRATS on your Max!!! 👏👏👏 Yes, we have a queen size Beddy's. We love it!!! It's definitely an investment, but saves a ton of headaches trying to keep the bed made. It's so cozy too.
Did you find a solution to the screens or replace them somehow to fix the problem of bugs getting in? I've heard a few LGM owners complain of the same problem with the screens. Thanks for showing how you've decorated and stored items. Great job! Very helpful! :)
We haven't had many issues since our Everglades trip. We have purchased a small bug zapper that we can use inside at night if we need it. We haven't used it but a few times.👏
How deep is the refridgerator shells and measurement on the stove
This would be nice with a 12vdc frig and 190 watt solar panel. Have you weighed it with all of these additions?

Not an issue at all! The bathroom door stays shut and I keep it clean. 👏
I would love - LOVE - to find an older 2018-2019) one of these in good condition. Any concerns about break-ins with all of those windows? I plan to live in it part-time as a solo female. Love all of the mods you made!!
I haven't worried about break-ins, but we normally park it in park campgrounds. We have a lock on the front when we leave. We also keep the windows closed when we leave.
The girl camper group on Facebook would be a great resource as a solo camper. It's a great group!

The valances are my fav. Did you remove the valance then wrap the shower curtain around the valance? What did you use to secure the shower curtain to the valance? Velcro or snap?
Thanks, Valerie!!! Yes, I took the valances down and wrapped the strips of curtain then secured it with a staple gun. Easy peasy.

No, it was cloth and one curtain was all I needed to cover all of them.
do you recommend a Portable RV Tote Tank since the grey tank is so small?
Depends on how you camp.
If you are like us, we move every 1-3 days, and for that it works well because we can dum and refill. But if you want to stay somewhere for a week or more, it would be a challenge with the small tanks on board and a portable gray/black tank would help.
Do you feel the screens in the window are bad, I’ve heard complaints about them
They are fine for us. We haven't had issues that I have seen from others. So far so good. If you get a chance to take a tour of one, check them out.
Are your fans hooked into 120 plugs or are they battery run?
USB fans from Lowes.
