I'd say even the smallest details matters too! As the questions are usually from the perspective of nurses, you should know how to handle certain situations. Your answers should contain more than 2 sentences. Make it long but necessary, elaborate on your answers well, and explain why you do certain things the way you do. Ensure you're using proper grammar the whole entire application too! As for other aspects, you should probably do the application somewhere where the monsters can't find you at night as dying in the game will make you lose your application process. WHICH LEADS ME TO MY NEXT POINT. ALWAYS SAVE YOUR ANSWERS SOMEWHERE ELSE (external notepad) in case you die in game. I hope this helps!
