Hey brother what size cap would you recommend for a person who wears a six and seven eights fitted baseball cap I love the look of your caps by the way
If you go to the website there’s a size chart for each hat. There are differences between the styles, but all of mine (ten?) run loose even though I followed the size chart. If you want a really snug fit, I suggest you order one size down from what the chart says. My first order followed the size chart. I ordered size M/L and they were a little big. I added hat spacers to make them fit better. Each following order I ordered size Small which fit better than the M/L, but still did not achieve a snug fit. A stiff breeze from below would send it flying, say perhaps if you were riding a motorcycle or bike. That being said, I love my Boston Scally caps. I hear they will exchange most hats to correct for size.
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE/BUSINESS OWNER ON THE PLANET!!! My wife and daughter ordered three hats for me for Christmas. They were the wrong size so I returned them. After several months and 17 emails, they still have my money, I have not received replacement hats or coupons to replace the order, and they refuse to contact me directly to resolve the issue. Mike Arone (Owner) is clearly running his business poorly. I have been as patient and cordial as possible trying to resolve the issue. Each email only seems to drag out the process further despite simply asking for the paid amount in Boston Scally coupons. Hard to believe a business would risk their companies integrity for three hats. BEWARE. This could be your experience. VERY SHADY. For the record, I have never once posted a negative business review online. Yeah, that bad.
