An Unbelievably Bad Stop-Loss Strategy

One of our traders forwarded a link for an opinion of a RUclips video where a trader was showing a stop-loss strategy where you're guaranteed to never lose more than the amount you can make. Anyone in the business would know immediately that it's impossible to do with stop losses, but what is the strategy, and why is it such a bad idea?
