i know it’s not the same but this reminds me: i was in the hospital for some time and the nurses finally let me play guitar in there. i played it with the other patients. one of them sang with me. another one drummed on the table. another provided backup vocals. it was so beautiful because we all managed to do something beautiful and so relaxing in a place with such stiff rigid rules.
