4 tsp oil, 1/2mustard, 1/4 fenugreek seeds, 1 medium onion, curry leaves. Till onion is brown. 2 medium tomato till tomato cooks, 1/4t turmeric , 1t chilli, 1 t. Dhania, 1/2 t jeera powder. Till masala cooked. Add pulp and salt and hing. And cook for 2min. And add tamarind juice. Cook till oil separates in 3min. Add Dhania leaves and turn off flame.
