The artstyle is like late 80s to early 90s on LSD, with a side of vaporwave mixed with city pop, mesmerizing as a moth being drawn to a lamp. It takes me to those chilling afternoons playing PS1/SNES and watching oldschool anime classics on VHS.
So basically the art style could be called nostalgia or something along the lines of that
