5.5%hike is the least when compared to recent inflation , daily expense , rent rate . Not being greedy but felt not a reasonable pay hike regarding responsibilities and workload . Compared to India its being fine , agreed . It was not 7 % hike we got last time , we got only 3.3% pay hike when the inflation was 8/9%.

ഈ സാലറി വർധന just peanut കിട്ടുന്നപോലെ ആണ്.... ആകെ monthly inhand കിട്ടുന്ന സാലറിയിൽ approximately 140 pound കിട്ടും....
ഇപ്പോൾ ഉള്ള വാടകയും ജീവിത ചിലവും വച്ചു നോക്കുമ്പോൾ ഇപ്പോളും inflation beat ചെയ്യുന്ന സാലറി വന്നിട്ടില്ല.... Shame on UK government... They considering nurses like a slave... All we can say its modern slavary...
