    16:17 You explained very well sir , there are 4 more cases possible when both the observer and the source are moving .
    1. When both the observer and the source coming towards each other. f/f'=(V+Vo)/(V-Vs)
    2. When both the observer and the source going away from each other. f/f'=(V-Vo)/(V+Vs)
    3. When observer coming towards the source and source is going away from observer. f/f'=(V+Vo)/V+Vs)
    4. When the observer is going away from source and source is coming towards observer . f/f'=(V-Vo)/V-Vs)

    Formula 2nd ,source moving away from the observer .fo=V/V-(-Vs)*fs
    where A/q V=330m/s
    Vs=6m/s
    fs=1500.
    fo=330/330-(-6)*1500
    =330/336 *1500
    =1473.21Hz.

    Also velocity of observer and source should be much less then the velocity of wave and both should be along the straight line, only then you can experience Doppler's effect!
