Clinical Features:
20 years old female patient came with
- Amenorrhoea for 7 months
- No fetal movements for 3 days.
Ultrasound Findings:
- Around 26+ weeks sized dead fetus.
- Fetal Skin Edema, Pleural effusion.
- Echogenic foci within fetal abdominal vasculature (Robert's Sign).

But I have question
what I Know is when fetus died before 20 weeks ( it's called missed abortion) while IUFD is called when fetus died after 20 weeks.
