When I first watched this when I was little I thought that Penguin was the same one from Santa Claus is coming to town especially the honking noise sounded the same.
gosh, i remembered the other elves being mean to him as a child, now as I watch it again, being older, they are all just assholes and should put on santa's naughty list!

I loved this movie when I was little. Wish I could find it on DVD. But I can only find copies on VHS =(
