Peek Inside the Historic Central City Opera House

Take a peek inside our stunning historic jewel-box theatre nestled in the hills of Central City. The Central City Opera House was built in 1878 by Cornish and Welsh miners who wanted to create a home for the music that they missed from their homeland. Today the Central City Opera House welcomes tens of thousands of visitors and patrons every year for the Summer Festival.
