Bob Ross paintings are always superb! ..his approach to make us paint is very convincing with his warm, soft voice and humor. I love his works just as l always love the great Bob Ross!
What surprises me is that he only needs only so much time with only so many paints to make an image that looks really realistic. Heck, he made this photo in 27 minutes.
@@SuperCabrito14 the third one was for the book they released from the series. For the photos of each step to go along with the video. Back in the day, you’d buy the book and then watch and paint along. Or you could buy the video tape with the book.

I think I’ll hang on to them a little longer and just sell them at a garage sale to a lucky unsuspecting person who’s gonna pay $20 for a painting that’s worth hundreds of thousands of dollars!
You can actually hear a phone ring in the distance at about 22min in. But one of the funniest things hes ever said was not all trees are straight, some are crooked, just like politicians. Lol
We didn't know then, but now we do know Bob was aways following a painting he had already done, and it's there off camera. You can see him looking at it from time to time. I watched a documentary on him and that came out there. In fact he would paint 13 paintings for a whole season in advance, then would film that season in a week's time. One season the 13 finished paintings were stolen out of a trailer owned by someone involved in the show, like a producer, etc. So in a way, he's being a little phony when he says things like "maybe over here". No maybe, it's already planned and painted on the copy there. I still love him and his work, and miss him. He was very relaxing and entertaining to watch!

He would make 3 in a session: a practice one before the cameras rolled, another one for the show, and a more detailed one after
He made a painting with black blue and white only. It was AMAZING!!! I did one with only those 3 colours too. Turned out pretty good :)
