Pulled a foil Cruel Ultimatum in my first pre-release kit. Probably wasn't the ideal decision to put it in my deck, but was able to resolve it a couple of times during the tournament.
Optimal for winrate? Certainly not. The correct choice for fun and Being The Guy Who Played Cruel Ultimatum In Sealed? Absolutely.

Out of curiosity, why is reenact the crime not in here?
I never played real tournaments or anything like that, but my big brother got me into MTG and cruel ultimatum was the checkmate of cards, whenever you opposed a deck with it you had to make sure your opponent never had the opportunity to play it, bc it WILL change the entire landscape of the game
Crims bm game is top notch.
You can't even be mad when there's nothing but "what in tarnation" spam after an overloaded mastery. Just watch the show, lose (only emotes when winning, when hes losing the opponents spam right back and he takes it laughing) laugh.
