The community is located on the north coast, right between Cabarete and Sosua.
Among it's amazing amenities, you will find 3 pools, private beach, bars and restaurants, water park and a large kids' playground.

Beautiful homes . What is the price range and HOA
This residence is expensive, you are looking at at least $400K for a home, not ocean front of course. HOA are likely the highest in the country, they charge for water too! Nobody else charges for water in DR
Do you have any oceanfront resales available) 2 bedrooms or 2 bedrooms with a guest house? if not, do you have any oceanfront vacant land left in this specific Ocean Village for sale
