[Maltese] Analysis to Tal-Barrani new car-centric plans & my bike-friendly proposals

I devised this video [in Maltese], explaining comprehensively why Tal-Barrani project is another car-centric project and is simultaneously, actively, blocking several connections for sustainable mobility.
However, this did not start in July 2024. Last year in January 2023, I had already sent my proposals to Infrastructure Malta when still in its early stages. Evidently, it can be noted that nothing has been taken on board.

This is going against an existing commitment for Tal-Barrani to be included in the "Connections for Safer Active Mobility" scheme (the €35 million bicycle network).
The plans evidently show no thought for walking and cycling, instead of taking advantage of the fact of how tightly close these villages are all to each other. We are hell-bent to make Malta more over-dependent on cars. Anything else remains treated as a secondary design element, if at all.
